Management, if you are listening: replace your staff and address their behavior immediately. The level of unprofessionalism at this location is unacceptable.

Let’s start with Victoria, who claims to be the manager yet demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Her attitude is dismissive, and her ability to perform even basic job duties — including making a pizza — is seriously questionable.

Then there is Andy, who also claims to be the manager, followed by Jennifer….I was told by Victoria that Jennifer is the manger but when I called Jennifer, Jennifer stated she works for a towing company. The revolving door of so-called “managers” would be laughable if it weren’t so concerning.

This establishment is a joke, and frankly, so is its administration. This franchise clearly does not respect paying customers. The staff across the board lacks accountability, professionalism, and honesty. They lie, deflect responsibility, and treat customers with open disrespect.

Everyone at this location needs immediate professional development training focused on customer service, accountability, and basic workplace conduct. Until that happens, this business does not deserve customers’ time or money.

Ordered a pizza at 6:20 pm. Still not here at 8 pm. I called and was told they didn’t deliver to my address, which was absurd since I had ordered previously. They refunded the card charge. Dominoes called back and offered it for free but I was too hungry to wait. Won’t use delivery again. They don’t have it together.

Need to just shut down at this point they can only do part of their job. And not their whole job. And even to the management don’t know how to treat the customer right. It’s legitly the worst place to eat at. The only exception is the food. For real ask for delivery and paid for delivery fee. To delivery myself that’s pathetic. O and then have to wait an extra 8 to 10 mins for a delivery order, that they messed up. Which I wasn’t rude just honest. No gas requested for delivery, due to not wanting to bring my kids out. And it just keeps getting worse and more pathetic. Sadest place ever! Please just close down!

Sooooo…..ordered my food through the app and upon pick up they advised me that it would be a little longer due to having to remake one of my pizzas. The manager said it would be about 6 minutes so I was directed to drive around the building, park and pull back up. I pulled back up and although it wasn’t ready, Karissa (window staff) asked if I would like a soda for the wait. I was thinking a 20oz and she comes back with a 2 liter! I mentioned that I needed my pasta saucy and thanks to Ms. Jennifer and her team, food came out fine with the exception of a VERY smallllllll area on the buffalo chicken pizza (which still tasted good)! Thanks to store #5533…Keep up the great work!

This rating and review is based solely on services received at this specific Domino’s store… February 26 2024, I placed order online as a guest for 2 pizzas and an order of brownies. I picked up food after work, went home, then realized about an hour or 2 later when ready to eat that both pizzas were incorrect – completely different toppings from what I ordered. I went back, showed guy at register receipt for what I should’ve gotten, and showed what I was given. Both pizzas were taken; after about 15 minutes, I was given 2 more pizzas.. Got home, ready to eat, and see 1 of my pizzas were incorrect – again, completely different toppings than what I ordered… Went to Domino’s a 3rd time. Pulled up to window, show same guy my pizza and receipt, again. He looks at both, takes this 3rd pizza back from me, looks on order rack, finds pizza I should’ve gotten on 1st visit. 3 trips to finally get correct order. As a token of apology, he took my name and number, tapped computer keys, and said the next time I come I can get any pizza I want, free of charge. Thanks Domino’s!

Friday, March 1, 2024, I called around 530-6pm to cash in on that apology, but staff can’t find anything in system! RHONDA, who says she’s the manager, said she sees no order history for my number then accuses me of just trying to get free pizza. I explain that I ordered originally under a different number, but the employee working that night was given THIS NUMBER to save in system for my free pizza. RHONDA said Domino’s doesn’t offer free pizzas, only refunds or exchanges, and that I should’ve asked for the manager (her) because she’s there 7 days weekly and hasn’t heard anything about my issue. RHONDA asked why did I wait so long (4 days) to try to get a free pizza. RHONDA said my order was corrected so she didn’t understand the issue. I explained it was corrected AFTER 3 TRIPS, and that I don’t know their policy so I took the guy’s word when he said I was in the system. RHONDA said she couldn’t use the email I had to enter online to pull up and verify I had actually ordered that day, and that she could only use the phone number?? RHONDA said she didn’t have the number to corporate office when I asked for it, but suddenly changed her tone and offered me A FREE PIZZA! I declined – after being accused of trying to scam Domino’s for a free pizza, and being talked to so unprofessionally and disrespectfully, and after fussing with her by phone over this issue, I didn’t feel “good” about having food prepared without being there to see it prepared myself. Was going to let this go, but this was my #1 stop for carry-out pizza in Rocky Mount, and I’ve been a customer since they were still at the Independence Drive location, but thanks to Rhonda, it’ll be a long time before I spend money here again. Picked up an online order for two pizzas and a cheesy marinara dip. When I got home and opened the box, this is what the marinara dip looked like! It wasn’t even covered, was burnt around the edges and wasn’t even full. Because it wasn’t covered, it leaked cheese oil out and made the box greasy. I would have been ashamed to even given that to a customer! Didn’t even bother to call the store – going directly to corporate with this!

I always order buffalo sauce as a topping on my pizzas, and it is never on there. I have to check the pizza before leaving, and then ask them to add the topping before I go. They always act confused as if I’m asking for something special/that I didn’t pay for. Even the buffalo chicken specialty pizza they will not put buffalo sauce on it.

The large thin crust I ordered today has 2 inches of no sauce, no toppings. Might as will be a medium. Sometimes I call to let them know it wasn’t right, because it just happens again and again.
