You all are amazing!!!! Came today around 6:15 on a Friday to pick up my order, and I could not believe how packed and backed up it was. I was wondering if the app wasn’t working or something since it wasn’t updating, but then I understood why. All the workers were working frantically to get the orders done. It was pretty incredible. Thank you so much for handling all of that chaos with such skill, it was beyond impressive!

Our Pizza was delivered by door dash and it was incorrect. Door Dash would not fix the issue but Tony at Dominos stepped up and made it right even with phone issues. He made the correct Pizza and Luke delivered it quickly and hot!!

Took advantage of the special and ordered a large cheese and large deluxe. At pick up, the deluxe didn’t seem to have as many toppings as the website picture. Steven heard my concern and immediately remade another deluxe pizza- no questions asked. Steven and Billy made sure that it came out right and gave me the original deluxe pizza. Truly appreciate their great customer service. Special shout out to the team- Steven, Billy, Rowan, and David!! Know your jobs aren’t easy, but appreciate your kindness! Definitely goes a long way.

Placed a curbside order with a 11-21 min estimated wait time. Waited in my car for over 20 minutes then finally went into the store. The guy running the cash register said the order wasn’t ready and could not give me an estimate. I waited 10 more minutes and asked again, telling him it had been 30 minutes. His response was “I don’t make the pizza”. Said I was in the system but again could not give me any update. Waited 10 more minutes (total twice the original quoted time). I asked for a refund. He said my order was completed and it must have been given to someone else. While I was waiting for him to figure out how to refund me, someone in the back called out my order.
I order Dominos every week (from a different location) and I have never seen such chaos. There were so many people waiting on orders, the employees were yelling and screaming at each other. Definitely will not return to this location.

I just keep on loving this Dominos. They consistently are so fast and so yummy. My kids absolutely love it. He totally hooked me up with my extra cheese today, which makes me so happy. Bacon is crispy, not fatty, like other places. I like it CHEESY, like swim in extra cheese, and they made it great this last round. Great job Team HS Dominos

kiddos who are so excited to see them. Lately I swear my orders are to my door in less than 30 min. Kids love the app tracking too, and overall just best bang for your buck. Everyone is feeling the tight budget lately but Dominos is always an affordable treat.

We ordered a large pizza but received a medium. When I called, the manager shouted at me, venting his frustration, and accused me of lying. He even told me to come back with a measuring tape and stretch it end to end to prove the size. I’m not doing that for a subpar pizza (see pics) His condescending and rude attitude made this the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This is the first and last time I’ll be visiting this location. We’ve been loyal Domino’s customers every weekend because my kids love it, but we’ll never return to this location again.

I wish that I could leave a zero star review. It seems that this Holly Springs Domino’s Pizza location has a manager who just doesn’t care about customer service. This is the second or third time that I’ve had the pleasure of ordering on a night when Maggie is the manager. I ordered a pizza an hour and a half Ago, and the dominoes tracker said that my pizza was getting a quality check for like an hour. I really don’t think the quality check needs to be done on the food. The majority of the time I think it needs to be done on the employees especially this manager Maggie. Domino’s if you want to keep customers and sell product, you probably need to look at this manager because I will no longer be ordering from this location nor eating Domino’s Pizza. Now she is hurt franchise. She’s hurt the delivery people because they get a $10 tip every time they come and drop off a pizza and I wouldn’t recommend any day of the week even if this manager Maggie isn’t working because Domino’s hasn’t done anything to correct the issue and it just is going to happen over and over and over again. So thank you Maggie and I appreciate you making this decision for me.

This location has plummeted and is shamefully bad on every parameter. We’ve hung on as customers for the longest of times, in spite of lousy service and delays, simply because the pizza has been good. That all changed last night when, after 90 minutes of waiting, we get served pizza that smells worse than it looks and 3 pizzas worth of pepperoni all ended up on 1 pizza while the other 2 pizzas didn’t get a single slice of pepperoni. All 3 were ordered with pepperoni. It’s as if the staff did it on purpose to discourage us from ordering again. Mission accomplished. As of today, we’ll be ordering from the Cary location even though we live next doors to the one in Holly Springs.
