I sat here with my lights flashing for 10 minutes because I ordered curbside. I became frustrated with the lack of awareness and went inside. I told the associate my name and he went right over and grabbed my order. I asked him about the policy Dominoes that allotted a free pizza if your order wasn’t out in a certain amount of time and a lady representative heard and was familiar. She asked her manager and he said the program is over. you earned a free pizza. I’m assuming they’ve felt they’ve gotten too big, and the customers are now collateral damage. I’m writing this review in my vehicle in front of the store, and There are more employees in there than customers, no excuse for bad service, ever!

I ordered my food around 10:00 one night and this is what they delivered to me! The food wasn’t even edible at all I couldn’t eat this. So the hungry kids that I was trying to feed had to suffer! Be careful is all I’m going to say because fast food sure isn’t what it use to be! BTW after submitting a complaint on the Domino website a manager reached out to me. He did issue me a refund for the $31 and he said a check would come in the mail to my address but it came back on the card I used to purchase this meal. I am forever grateful for the refund and I won’t do this again!

Sat outside establishment for about 30 minutes. Try to do in pick up order online came in. The store showed an employee that I could not check out an employee got the manager show the manager that I cannot check out. We tried to check out different ways as in paying upfront and as of paying in store, neither one of them worked and manager cannot grant me online order, even though he’s seen firsthand that it was a problem with the Online manager told me to try an app and on Siri I did both still could not order pizza manager did not grant me online half of told me that I can pay 1499 after he seen that this was not my fault Very nonchalant very unapologetic

I’m a business owner too. So I know how important your clients should be. You employees should know the same. Me and my son waiting over an hour for our 1 large supreme pizza and one 2 L sprite. We waited all that time only for our order to get here and be burnt. I ordered a large supreme pizza with extra cheese thin crust. They sent me out one large supreme burnt every time I order from this location which is elements Church Road. My order is always messed up or really late I’ll never order from this location ever again. They have poor customer service. I asked to speak to the manager the girl that answered the phone said her name was Jessica and she was the manager and also hung up on me when I asked to get my money back. Just sad it really hurts to know that Domino’s is such a large franchise and to just see them billing is absurd. Get it together guys as much better people out here that work harder to make sure that your location is out where it needs to be. I will be getting my money back.

AMAZING staff. Perhaps the best Domino’s experience I’ve had (admittedly, my hometown has a sub-par setup). Multiple employees checked on us, even though they were very busy. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the cashier even took time to warn us of the recently mopped bathroom. I wish all Domino’s had such customer service!

The only reason im even giving 2 stars is because the last time i got wings here this wasnt a problem. I paid 9 dollars for 8 wings that look like they came off a parakeet. If Dominoes chooses to cut corners by serving half sizes, id just prefer to drive all the way to Papa Johns for my wings.
