I initially started this review livid and ready to give my one star rating because my pizzas were delivered no longer looking like a pizza. Instead I fought the urge to pop off and decided to call the store first and tell the manager that my pizza’s were obviously dropped or manhandled and that I had a video to share. To my surprise although sounding irritated he quickly took my information and offered to remake and redeliver my pizza. (30 min later) but still a valiant effort and appreciated. And my new order was perfectly made. So I’m a somewhat happy customer. I wish I would have gotten the manager and second drivers name for a shoutout, and thank you publicly. That first dude however can kick rocks. Like I’m sure he kicked around my first order.

I placed an order for pick up at the drive-through window. After the woman with the star and moon tattoo on her neck asked me for my name. She turned around to look at peoples orders and stuck her entire hand down the backside of her pants and scratched her crack inside of her pants and then proceeded to touch other people’s food. I am so unbelievably disgusted seeing this and also seeing how casual she did it. It’s not a stretch to say probably does this all the time. How unbelievably disgusting. Feel free to check the cameras this was around 8:10 on 03.06.26

When attempting to place an order in the app, the pizza came through but not the wings. So I went into the place of business and asked the girl behind the counter and she did not know why it didn’t go through and wanted to know if I still wanted them and I told her yes after turning to speak to see if my husband wanted to wait and we agreed that we wanted the wings. I left out of the store because it was so cold in there thinking the pizza would be ready and would have to wait on the wings. I get the alert that my order was ready. My husband goes in o get the order. He gets the pizza and when asked about the wings was told that we never ordered them by the girl that we had spoken to previously. I would never argue with the customer in regards to an order if I was the server, but she did. We placed the order and it was not received. And after all that cold pizza!

Placed an online order before they opened, right at opening time I called to make sure my wings would be cooked the way I wanted because you can not add special instructions online. The guy who answered the phone told me that the order was still being prepped and that he would run the wings three times. 5 minutes later our food is at the door and made incorrect. We called to try and get things fixed and remade but they would not accommodate anything for us . The lady manager on shift had a very nasty attitude about it and hung the phone up on us twice.. asked for bacon on one half and got bacon on 5 slices of pizza just ridiculous

Just don’t order here. Save yourself your time and money. I placed an order today at 10:49, set to deliver by 11:45 to 12:10, at a location 10 mins away.
The tracker showed it’d gone in the oven at 12:09. At 1:15, I called for an update since it was showing still in the oven. The lady who answered told me it hasn’t been made yet. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told her the teacher had showed the order was in the oven. She told me, “no, I can tell you right now it hasn’t been made”. I canceled it. She said I’d be receiving my refund within 3-5 days, but not after I asked about it. I needed the pizzas for some workers that were 10 mins away and no way to carryout. The order was placed before lunch time and it’s way past lunch time now. Ridiculous.

So disappointed in my order today for so many reasons. You had a special posted on the pamphlet but then told me I couldn’t have that special, then why is it sitting here for me to see but can’t have. I was told to get the handmade pan pizza Black box… Some slices of pizza didn’t have sauce cheese or my mushroom topping on it. Maybe it was a rush job I don’t know but I had more dough than pizza toppings. I don’t know if people are falling all over themselves for mushrooms but it could have been more mushrooms on the pizza as well considering the fact that two whole slices had no toppings on it whatsoever. Very disappointed I came back to work and tried to give it away.

Sat outside establishment for about 30 minutes. Try to do in pick up order online came in. The store showed an employee that I could not check out an employee got the manager show the manager that I cannot check out. We tried to check out different ways as in paying upfront and as of paying in store, neither one of them worked and manager cannot grant me online order, even though he’s seen firsthand that it was a problem with the Online manager told me to try an app and on Siri I did both still could not order pizza manager did not grant me online half of told me that I can pay 1499 after he seen that this was not my fault Very nonchalant very unapologetic Told me to go to another Domino’s and that he doesn’t know what to tell me

I guess we are just stealing at this location now , placed an order last night was charged and it said the order couldn’t be completed. Placed the order again from another card got charged and again it said the order couldn’t be placed . Called the store explained to the lady on the phone what was happening g she said the order wasn’t received in store and the money should return to my card within 20 minutes. Then the store called me asking if I tried to place the order I told them yes and explained what happened and the man said I would receive my money back . I was charged TWICE and received neither order NOR did I get my money back . It’s constant problems with this dominos and I will be reporting this to corporate and the BBB this makes no sense at all!
