This place is getting worse by the day. I live literally 2 mins from the store. Once the driver leaves the store it takes them so long to get to me that the app says I hope you enjoy and I havent even gotten my food yet. When I call they lie and say the driver will be here in a a few mins only to show up 20+ mins later. All they are worried about is bumping you off of there screen as fast as possible so they can stay number 1….

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have ordered from this location multiple times and this time was the worst experience we have had and will definitely not be ordering from them ever again. Not only was our order delivered over 20 minutes after the tracker said it was delivered (which was 30 mins after the original time it gave us for delivery) our food was extremely cold by the time we received it. We ordered 3 pizzas, a coke, 2 cinnamon twist, a garlic bread bites and stuffed cheesy bread and hardly anything was even edible. The pizzas were so overcooked, thin and cold that they looked and tasted like they had been sitting on the counter and were yesterday’s leftovers. Also they completely forgot our 2 liter coke that we were supposed to receive as well. $60 totally wasted!

Order here a lot. This time the pizza was so sub par. Only gave 2 stars because the delivery girl was so nice. Pizza was so thin on the middle it was only sauce cheese and toppings. Our sausage pizza was supposed to be double sausage and it was barely extra. Half of the pizza crust on the bottom was so thin or nonexistent and the other half was like pan pizza.

Well food usually is good but prices keep going up and they like to fudge performance standards. My pizza has been marked delivered for over 10 minutes, called and they said should be there in 5 minutes. Still not here. What’s the dam point of a tracker if management doesn’t enforce the standard. 15 min after marked complete. Then show up without my drink. Whatever, plenty of other choices around.

The food is always good but they lie on the app and say it was delivered when it really hasn’t been. Currently waiting for my food and I know its going to be good but I’d like to know when my driver is getting close so I can be ready to meet the driver outside because my dogs go crazy when someone pulls into my driveway. I know you guys/gals don’t care but have a little consideration for your customer. I’m about ready to switch to papa johns for delivery because this is ridiculous.

I do not usually do reviews, however i had to praise this location in Randleman. I work around the area and have eaten from here on occasion and to be honest a year ago I ate from here and that experience alone stopped me from returning! I recently heard there was new management and some new staff! I figured I’d give them a shot. The food was amazing, best I’ve ever had from this location by far. The staff and atmosphere was friendly, inviting and i will be returning! If you haven’t been to this location recently you really should, you won’t regret the decision.

I paid 27 bucks after delivery for 16 wings that came from baby chickens it’s ridiculous they say sorry we have no control over the size they should have been thrown away instead of charging me for the crap pay that much cause your hungry and still hungry 0 stars Randleman!!!Better look at that nasty food before you pay!!!!
