Online order claimed it would take 25-to 35 minutes, took almost an hour. It showed up after I called to check on my order. One of the pizzas was wrong. When I called to correct the issue the young man was short with me then hung up on me while I was speaking. I took the wrong pizza to the store and explained I was trying to tell him I was happy to come get the correct pizza but he hung up on me. Again, he was rude and never apologized to me. Horrible customer service! Oh, on a side note Please teach your staff to take their aprons off before leaving the store. The lady that delivered our food was wearing a dirty apron.

Order here a lot. This time the pizza was so sub par. Only gave 2 stars because the delivery girl was so nice. Pizza was so thin on the middle it was only sauce cheese and toppings. Our sausage pizza was supposed to be double sausage and it was barely extra. Half of the pizza crust on the bottom was so thin or nonexistent and the other half was like pan pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have ordered from this location multiple times and this time was the worst experience we have had and will definitely not be ordering from them ever again. Not only was our order delivered over 20 minutes after the tracker said it was delivered (which was 30 mins after the original time it gave us for delivery) our food was extremely cold by the time we received it. We ordered 3 pizzas, a coke, 2 cinnamon twist, a garlic bread bites and stuffed cheesy bread and hardly anything was even edible. The pizzas were so overcooked, thin and cold that they looked and tasted like they had been sitting on the counter and were yesterday’s leftovers. Also they completely forgot our 2 liter coke that we were supposed to receive as well. $60 totally wasted!

Literally the slowest, worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life— from the West Coast to the East Coast! We’ve had them cancel orders on us without notice, forget items without compensation, and now… we regularly wait over an hour for our orders, no matter the size! Ive never seen such a poorly run Domino’s franchise anywhere, ever! Today, they updated the tracker for my order to “quality check” at 5:26 PM. For those unfamiliar with their tracking system, that is the final step before it is handed off to the delivery driver and it is sent on its way to its forever home. So, technically, that means it came out of the oven at 5:26. It’s now 6:34 PM (ON A MONDAY), and the tracker is still stuck at “quality check.” Hmmmm, sounds legit. Not. Awful. Terrible. Nope. Uh uh.

They aren’t always bad but today they lost my business for a while. We placed an order online to be paid for at pick up which was just short of $30. My wife gets there and tries to pay with a $50 and they refuse to take it and are rude and disrespectful in the way they tell her. Regardless my wife tells them she will be right back, she goes and gets change. She comes back and they gave our food away, and once again are rude and disrespectful. I could care less about the pizza, but the fact that they treat and talk to customers like this is unacceptable .

Ordered pizza for delivery. I live around 3 minutes away from the store. Was watching tracker and watched the driver come right to where my street was and then just drive right past. I thought he just missed the turn , but he then continued driving all the way back to dominos and sit there for around 4 minutes. Finally he drove back out and started driving the opposite direction from my home.

Delivery times are ridiculous. I ordered ONE pizza, and an hour an 15 minutes later, no pizza. I live 10 minutes from the store. I cancelled my order and I won’t be ordering again unless it’s carry out. I’ll be going to Papa Johns when I want a pizza delivered now. They know how to get a pizza to you quickly.

My work orders from here atleast 5x per week with multiple orders each times. The delivery drivers are nice but the delivery time is ridiculous. Tonight one of our residents ordered a medium pizza and it took 1hr 40min for delivery. Our business is not but maybe 10 min away.

We waited over an hour to get our food. We were ok with that because we know everyone is short staffed right now. When we got our order it was ice cold and part of our order was not there. We called and asked them what happened and they offered to remake our order. After another almost hour we called and we’re informed our order was on the way but only the half they forgot in the first place. They told us if we wanted the rest they would send out another car. At this point it was over 2 hours since we ordered so I said no we wanted a refund. They tried to refuse but I insisted on a refund. I will see tomorrow if they actually refund our money but at this point I’m upset it took all this effort and we were still disappointed in the order.
