Food is good, but if you want it delivered good luck. 2nd time in a row I’ve ordered pizza to be delivered to Eden Luxury Apartments and they refuse to deliver inside. If you can’t deliver inside then as soon as y’all see the address y’all need to be calling the person back and cancelling the order and explaining why y’all can’t deliver. Maybe even put it in the app that when the person puts in a address it will say wether or not it can be delivered. Tired of yalls B.S.

Usually love going to this location but in November my wings looked very undercooked the manager said next time whenever you come back I replace them well when I just called the manager Dan was very RUDE says it been 3 months evidently he can’t count it been 7 to 8 weeks so 2 months he says he can’t go back that long it’s a time limit on them replacing the food they messed up I guess but I wasn’t told that and no other restaurant has a deadline to get food that is owed to you, I work 2 jobs so I’m usually working 8am til 11pm haven’t had time to go if they had done right first time wouldn’t had this issue to begin with but the attitude I was given was uncalled for. I work hard for my money and if it wasn’t for us customers they wouldn’t have a job. So doubt I be ordering again for awhile I just start going back to pizza hut or Papa John’s. The rudeness has done it for me

We ordered a pasta bowl but when opened there was barely any pasta. The bottom of the container was visible and we had called to see how we could fix the situation. The employee who answered was rude and condescending about the situation. An overall disappointing experience with them.

Today they delivered a Pizza to the Millis truck lot where I was staying. The driver was very friendly and found my truck easily. He made sure I had my soda and sauces with my pizza. He also said he put napkins in the bag, and sure enough there was. Definitely will order from here when im at Millis!

I ordered bbq wings, and this is what we received. We were not satisfied with this, so we called. The manager was not trying to resolve the issue. His exact words were, “it’s illegal to toss wings….!” AT THIS POINT ALL I COULD DO WAS LAUGH, BECAUSE THE DISBELIEF OF THIS PLACE.
I RETURNED THIS MORNING REQUESTING A REFUND FOR JUST THE WINGS & WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO WAY SHE COULD PULL THE ORDER UP, EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE RECEIPT AND SCREEN SHOTS OF THE ONLINE ORDER NUMBER & BANK CARD TRANSACTION.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EATING.

I order a half cheese half chicken med hand toss an a order or cheese bread the man who I assume was the manager the night of 11-29-25 is very rude I’m a manager at Pizza Hut the way he treated me as a customer I would never I’m highly disappointed in the service I received especially knowing I go above and beyond for my own business as manager it was very unprofessional I didn’t get his name but I wouldn’t want to have him running my store I came out of pocket to support yall when I could of went to my own job crazy lol good cheese sticks tho barely even any cheese on my pizza !
