The food is never the issue. This new delivery stuff is wild though. There’s always one person ONLY delivering. It doesn’t matter if you SCHEDULE your stuff to be delivered at a specific time, your food will still be lumped in with every other delivery and WILL be late. So don’t plan on anything being on time from them ever. I feel for the drivers because they’re probably the ones getting the heat from people. Then if you go check on the site about your progress, it says it was delivered the night prior? What is going on there? Please get your act together…make the changes needed. Just do better.

I don’t know who was working last night yall but goodness gracious… I would of taken a Picture but I was to focused on eating but I’ll tell you what as a baker and a cook who works with dough. Kudos guys that dough was beautiful you let it rise you stuffed the dough all the way perfectly without it being overwhelming,you seasoned it gahh the meat was actually crispy I could go on and on as a woman with medical issues who don’t get to eat this stuff often I cherish this I cherish that yall take your time and make the pizza and stuff with love.. and I tell you that pizza was picture perfect better than the stock photos this is mary I had a order last night around. I had a pizza and garic bread bites and yall slayed that shii 100/10 yall are allways so good to me I swoon

Ordered a pizza around 7:00, it has taken almost two hours to get here it is currently 8:30 and it still has not arrived. Would not recommend ordering if you want your food in a timely manner.

Places an order at 12:14pm got a text it was out for delivery at 12:52pm. I am working 2 minutes away from the resturant. I had not received my order by 1:25 so I called the store an was told it was on its way. I finally got my cold food an hour later. Threw it in the trash cause after being in a car for an hour it was no longer edible. Was not offered a refund. Horrible customer service.

Yet another bad experience at this particular store. First time ordering here in about 8 months due to less then acceptable service. Parked in front of store ordered on my app, followed tracker it immediately said being prepared I waited about 20 min still said being prepared, I walked in one lady making pizza one lady doing deliveries. I enquired with the delivery lady the status if my pizza she said the other lady is getting ready to make it now, I thought ok they are busy I understand and I sit down. The delivery lady took another run leaving just one lady to make pizzas, here is where my aggravation began the phone was ringing non stop the entire time I was in there no one to answer it ( how much money was lost in each phone call not answered) meanwhile 4 other customers gathered at the counter only to be ignored by the lady making pizza she didn’t as much as turn around to acknowledge them as she is fixing pizza and placing the done food on a rack. After about another 20 min the delivery lady returns I once again enquired about my pizza she went to the rack and got it, I was so stunned it was sitting on the rack and the other lady said nothing. As I left there I thought whoever has the title of manager at that store only wears the title because it is not managed. The attitudes , the wait time, the missed phone calls, ignoring customers can’t believe this goes unnoticed to upper management.

I have received several wrong orders from this location. Today they refused to compensate me for the missing items on my $35 order last night because I didn’t report it the same day (but it was within 24 hours). Crappy service for such expensive food!!

Soo, I ordered pick up and paid for it on arrival. My pick up time was 5:00 pm I arrived around 4:50 pm. I waited until a little after 5:00 and finally asked if my pizza was done….after several people picked up their order. That’s when they told me the dropped my pizza,and was making me another!! why didn’t they tell me before!!
