I ordered the special $9.99 build your own pizza, and when the delivery driver came to my door she had the box in her hand however no warming bag. She then handed me the pizza and left quickly. When I opened the box I saw that half of my pizza was smashed as if it was dropped. I then called the store and the manager asked me what well what you want me to do. I told him that I want another pizza. Now I have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for another pizza. Before this I have been recieving pretty good service. Check out the photos!
Replacement pizza looks short on toppings!
Ok the replacement pizza tasted “NASTY”! It had very little sauce. It was more of a thin crust pizza than hand tossed. It was short on the amount of toppings that it should have on a pizza. It also tasted salty.
Without a doubt the worst pizza that I have ever recieved from this location!

Looks like I made someone mad! I wonder what happened with “QUALITY” on the replacement pizza?
This should be investigated by upper level management!!!!

The food is usually cooked well but one of the last times I ordered, I wanted toppings on half the pizza and they put it on 5 of the slices rather than just four and the slices are sometimes very uneven. My biggest complaint is when u don’t order extra sauce they sometimes put NONE and u ordered extra sauce today and there’s hardly any on the pizza. Makes for a gross pizza. If I wanted cheese bread I would’ve ordered some. Other than that it’s good though, usually doesn’t take long to get the pizza. Just wish it had enough sauce

Twice in a row I have ordered build your own pasta with chicken, mushrooms and bacon and I’ve only gotten mushrooms. Missing chicken and bacon. My order on my app shows I added those but the receipt I get shows that its only mushrooms because half of it is cut off. This issue needs fixed. If it happens again I will no longer be ordering from here. There’s plenty of pizza and pasta places in beckley. Extremely disappointed.

Left us waiting for a good 5-10 mins just staring at us waiting for someone to take our order- no orders on the screen and we were the only ones in the store. Only acknowledged us when my husband asked if they only take online orders. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a normal/comfortable experience.

I have ordered from here all the time!!
I order pasta 2 times and PUT NO SAUSAGE. I get sausage every time. First time it couldnt be fixed because it was touched the second time I call to get this fixed UNTOUCHED and I’m on hold 10+ mins twice and then they hang up the phone on me..? Just horrible.. I’ll never order again from this one. If we order something we expect it to be AS ASKED.

I love this dominoes 1st bc they are the only one in Beckley. However I would like to get what I pay for and when I leave a $10 tip I expect my food to be right. After all if I had a car I would not hesitate to come PICK UP my order. But since I ONLY ORDER delivery because I have no car and have to feed my family I expect spending $60 on pizza warrants for good correct customer service. I ordered pepperoni and banana peppers and received pepperoni and pineapples in WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO ♀️ so I now have an ENTIRE PIZZA going to waste unless I find someone to give it to. My daughters love pineapple but not on pizza and they eat it away from me BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC

Genuinely WHAT is happening at this store? The last several orders I’ve placed have been wrong. How hard is extra sauce and light cheese? It’s legitimately the easiest order and yet the last 3 times it’s been screwed up! I just don’t understand how y’all manage to screw it up and I’m getting sick of it

Got our pizza and it wasnt even cooked all the way through. We called and they voided our transaction but didnt even offer to make this right. They threatened to stop doing business with us. This is very disappointing and I just wanted a good dinner tn for ohr family instead left with this mess. The pizza is soggy and wet. Not even edible. Avoid this place like the plague. If you get Emma as your manager do not order wait until you get a different manager. Food is always bad with her but good with others.

I ordered on the app and also Tracked my order. It only took about 10 minutes to show my order was completed and that I could come in and By-Pass the line and pick up my order. The girl at the register couldn’t find my order by looking for my name so I had to show her the order number I had received on my app. She then went to the back and came back and when I showed her that the app said it was ready, she told me that it shows Complete only when it’s going in the oven. (Lie 1) I let that go, said ok and sat down to wait. After watching many people come and go with their orders, I was still wondering where mine was so I stood up and same girl walked to the back again. It was about 45 minutes from the time I placed my order until the time she came back with my pizza. No apologies or explanation…. I was on the phone with my daughter explaining that I hadn’t been served yet when my daughter walked into the store and asked for corporates number. At this time, another male employee went to get the manager who promptly came up and gave us the number and the store number then told the girl to give us a refund. He did apologize. We weren’t trying to get free food but if she would’ve explained to begin with that she had accidentally cleared my order and had to remake pizza then apparently my pizza got ‘lost in the oven’ according to her…. And not straight up Lied about it, I understand mistakes happen and sometimes we’re just busy and mess up…. But don’t Lie to me and not even offer an explanation, then wait until the manager cashes us out a refund. The girl just straight up messed up and didn’t even say sorry , my bad…. Nothing, then tried explaining only after the manager came up front. Manager was very nice, however, but this girl needs some training on respect or how to treat the customer. Other employees seemed nice and helpful and the pizza was actually very good! Kinda felt bad for the manager and also for taking the refund and the pizza but that girl! Totally disrespectful …. Just own your mistake and make it right…. Shoot…. Could’ve explained and offered me a free drink while I wait or something but don’t Lie and tell me I don’t know how to use an app…. Or the app says it’s complete only means it’s going in the oven…,,,,,

Placed an order from Michigan to West Virginia to be delivered to my bf work place. Pizza and wings. It was a smooth transaction. Billy verified everything and even delivered the food knowing this was a surprise. Thank you again, Billy!
