Leaving one star because it’s the only way to leave a comment. The driver in the SUV with long hair, short girl. Blades her music when pulling up, and after she’s back in her car, just turns it louder. Extremely disrespectful. And calling the store does nothing because this is the 4th time in the past 2 months that she’s come to my address and same issue. Probably out of spite at this point, but just RUDE. 2nd, my pizza is literally never right. And if the toppings ARE correct, it’s never cut properly. I just don’t understand. I repeat my business though hoping they’ll get it right, but the same issues are never resolved. Idk who’s running the store anymore, because each person says a different name so. ♀️

Inwood Domino’s… You got it spot on this time! That thin and crispy was ACTUALLY crispy this time! The sausage had a great taste too! My garlic bread bites were so delicious also! We go with the two 2 topping pizzas for $6.99 each because it’s a great value. The only drawback was I added a 3rd topping of onions for an extra $2 but barely got any. That’s OK that crispy crust was so good! Quality matters even if it’s a value… Thank you

Very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered the Large Special Pizza with 5 toppings, selecting extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. What I received did not match what I paid for.
The pizza did not have extra cheese at all, despite being selected and charged for it. The signature garlic crust was barely present—only about 20% of the crust had any garlic seasoning, which defeats the purpose of ordering it. On top of that, the hand-tossed crust was paper-thin, more like a thin crust pizza than what was advertised.
This was not a quality issue due to taste preference—it was simply not made to order. When customers pay extra for toppings and specific crust options, those expectations should be met.
Given the multiple issues with this order, I am requesting a refund. I hope management reviews this feedback and ensures better quality control going forward.

Never get my order right. Even when they do it is undercooked or not cut all the way so I have to recut it myself or both. They do not follow the directions to leave at the door and knock therefore waking my kids up from their nap. Or they don’t give me the extra sauces THAT I PAY FOR. I lived in this area for three years and ever since then the quality of this Dominos has been on a decline. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because they will occasionally get everything right

You would think they were operating high tech equipment or rocket science since they cannot get a pizza order correct. Ordered ny style & was given a normal emergency 12 in pizza. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way so it just shred. If this is NY style cool but it’s obvious it isn’t. Do better .

Absolute garbage. Not only was it nothing like New York pizza, it was barely even pizza at all. Completely undercooked crust. Just a limp, soggy mess that tasted worse than any other pizza I’ve ever had in my life. When I folded it to eat, all the topping fell off and the crust actually ripped. Whoever runs this establishment should be embarrassed and consider another career path.

I don’t live very far from our local Dominos and it’s very hot or miss. There is always a frenzy of activity and everyone avoiding answers issues because of maybe a lack of management? The last time we had a issue the young lady fixed everything fresh immediately and made sure we had more then we expected. She is the reason why I’m still ordering from them, those regular employees are moving as fast as they can. But their driver frank definitely took my takeout order to my address when we were sitting at the window to pick the food up. They are all human but they definitely need a manager!!!

Love Dominoes and the crew at the Inwood shop are wonderful friendly people! And the coupons lately have been great. I just wish they would take a little extra care in preparing the order. I’ve always gotten the correct toppings here. The problem is they tend to swamp in the middle rather than evenly spread and last couple of pizzas have almost no dough in center with really thick crusts – had to eat both with a fork. Ended up throwing out most of the one I ordered Friday because it seemed like the dough was raw in the middle. Maybe this is happening when they shove it in the oven? It’s also been very hit and miss on the garlic butter on the crust – and of course it’s a federal crime to forget that! I think just some retraining on prep would go a long way and maybe some manager inspection (app says they do that) before boxing. I’ll be starting to inspect them myself before leaving the window. 4 stars because they are so kind and friendly and because they always get the toppings right!

The food is great. Asked for extra pizza sauce. And got it. But the reason for 1 star is because when I pulled up to the dominos store. Some kid on a computer seen me and as I was walking to the door he locks it and hides. Eventually he opens the door and I get my food and leave. But that was childish and unnecessary and VERY unprofessional.
