If you order pan pizza, even if you specify well done, it’s still doughy and gummy in the middle meaning you have to put the pizza in your own oven to cook it completely. I put it back in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes and it STILL wasn’t 100% cooked. You’re a pizza place, it’s what you do. Get it right!

I refuse to order from south side even when they’re the dominos that delivers because north side is a blessing. They do it right the first time, they did mark the order as picked up when we did not yet but the food is perfectly made as intended. Consistent and tasty every time. Thank you!!!

Went there yesterday between 4 and 5 PM on Sunday, September 28 I was ordering my food was changing my mind. The manager waited on me Brianna she was really rude disrespectful. She threw my money back at me. I’ve been coming to this Domino’s since 2016. I feel some kind of way. I would not recommend this place to nobody for customer service or management. I don’t understand why she did that but she was really truly rude to me and I would never eat there again. I don’t think that y’all have somebody in your establishment working in this building greeting customers as you did to me.

I used to be an AM at this store and dominos has always been and forever will be my favorite. But it’s different Ever since I stopped working there and making my own food dominos hasn’t been the same. I reached expectations and ever since I haven’t been able to make my own food dominos has disappointed. The only reason I like the thin crust pizza is for the oregano and I also love their ranch dipping cups. And yet again I have received neither. And whenever I pick up I always have to remind them about my dip Sauces. And I usually notice when I don’t receive my oregano on my thin crust. I just wish every dominos employee viewed their customers how I did. As if I were them ❤️

As usual, the pizza was great. I decided to order the boneless chicken with hot sauce. At $7.49 for 8 pieces, nearly $1 each, I received the equivalent of chicken McNuggets at 4 times the price. They were very small and very dry. No resemblance to the picture posted online. Clearly a classic example of ordering chicken from a pizza business. In the future I will stick to what they do well.

Pizza dough was gooey it was so under cooked, got garlic bites they were also way undercooked I had to try putting the pizza in the oven to even make it editable. Called them spoke with a manager and he was rude never apologized and just hung up on me.

The delivery driver in the yellow Kia Soul needs to lose her job. After not stopping at a stop sign, almost hitting the front of my truck all while talking on her cell phone. I called into the store, just to be laughed at by the person on the phone. Not sure what kind of people they are hiring but I hope they soon figure out how their employee are. Good luck Domino’s- not only is your products going to shit but so is your customer service.

Whoever the lady is who answers the phone with her rude disgusting attitude needs to be fired and should be banned from working in customer service. I tried to give her my information and it was nothing but constant talked over, ignored, and having to repeat myself because she was too worried about having an attitude. It was a severe displeasure dealing with that lady. Talk about loss of an appetite. Disgusting. Just cuz she’s miserable everybody else has to be, I guess.

Sat in the drive through window for 15 minutes in 100 degree weather while employees walked past me not even acknowledging my existence. All while watching 4 different people stop behind me walk inside and straight back to their cars with their orders. When brought to their attention they didn’t say a word.
