got my food fast, but when it arrived my parmesan bread bites had no parm, no garlic or anything. it was just 16 pieces of bread. i called and at first the guy said next time i order i can have a free parm bread bites. i asked if i could just drive to come pick up new ones that are made right, i had just received my order. the guy said i could do that and i’d get them for free. still, how do you forget to put the main ingredients??

I must say without a shadow of a doubt this was the absolute worst pizza I have ever received in my life!!! I’m 68 lol! I should have listened to the reviews? Just like other reviews it had practically no cheese or sauce! The crust was no better although it did have pepperoni sparsely arranged on it. It honestly didn’t deserve the one star but 0 stars was not an option? There was a hole in front drive thru in the parking lot about 2’ in diameter and at least 12” deep. Beware!!!!

Update early 2026. The food is sooo much better since Brandi took over. Pizza is still a bit dry but it’s so much better. We notice the difference and we appreciate you. Parking lot is still crap ha but I won’t blame that on you. The lady that waited on us was very nice.
Updating as it’s been 3 months since we’ve had dominos. The only improvement I see is the pizza is now fully being cut. It was very dry and overcooked. Never enough sauce. It was always my favorite local pizza place. Not good at all. And don’t order extra. There is no extra. This will be the last time I order dominos.
Depends who makes it. One day will be super good and next time not so good. Today’s was not good. You can take apart the pizza and see no sauce. And you’re not slicing it through. I have a pic of the burnt middle from last pizza I ordered. Was no sauce or cheese at all in the middle. We’ve started buying from somewhere else lately and will continue. I used to order from dominos weekly.

Awesome second and food! The company needs to address the app though. I know it isn’t the stores problem. The app said my food was ready and it was still in the oven.

Ordered online called immediately to have them hold the order for a few minutes until I can can get in was put on hold immediately for over 7 minutes hung up and called back the order was already made and was told they didn’t put anyone on hold. I just cancelled rather than pick up a cold pizza completely rude people.

I ordered from this dominos for the first time ever and they didn’t have one of pizzas made but they refunded us for the most expensive pizza we ordered. When we got home and began to grab our slices, the crust of the entire pizza was dry and over baked almost felt like biting into a stale cracker. I just wasn’t a fan of it but they do try to make things right.

Make sure that when you want to order, that you order online. They offer no specials or discounts if you call or walk in. They will also not change the total of you have done so. Wanted me to pay 52 dollars for 4 medium pepperoni pizzas. But if you order that on the app, then it’s 30. But they won’t change it if you already called. Not willing to help the customers. Also, no hotspots work anymore and they refuse to meet you anywhere if you are outside delivery area. Went way downhill in the past years.
