we walked in and the music was so loud we couldn’t even hear the people one feet away talking to us. the two workers blatantly ignored the ever growing line of people waiting to pick up their orders. after about 10 minutes the older white dude said something but no other customers could hear it because the music was so loud and then said louder “whatever yall can just stand there” so the younger black girl repeats what the white dude said and then started to argue with a customer. the attitude and customer service from these two people are absolutely terrible

I called twice in one week and to my avail both times my order was incorrect the first time my order was 2 med pan pep and a chz I received 2 hand toss crust no one from store called and informed me or members of my family of the shortage in dough so I called back and a credit was apologies two free pizzas not my delivery fee of 4.99 that was paid or $6 dollar tip for incorrect order was refunded so I called today earlier and the credit was their delivery charges could not be credited I was asked if I wanted lite chz on my pizza 3 times when the special instructions I gave was lite sauce I was told I would be charged for the pepperoni on pizza I was told that it was up to store managers discrepancy to deliver for free or not he refused I called back 7:15 tonight placed that order for carry out picked it up got home with 2 pepperoni pizzas I felt as if it was an act of being coil and ignorant offended b/c of earlier interaction with management being rude I asked if the team members could read offended your staff wanted to argue I cut the conversation short by handing the phone to my wife b/c staff was not trying to LISTEN APOLOGIZE SATISFY OR EVEN THANK us for our weekly services due to autism instead they intentionally made a mistake on purpose to tik us how sad

I’m giving two stars is because of the many times it took them forever to deliver my food, and it only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to my house from Dominos. They’ve also charged me for an order and never delivered it, and claimed to have called me about it. Food is good… if I ever get it.

This store should be open until until 4 AM on weekends. They are in a college town. I will never be ordering from this idiotic business that does not want to make any sort of money again. An absolute hit or miss with their toppings. They either have their priorities in check and dress the pizza correctly OR they throw the toppings on haphazardly (only on one side, not enough toppings, an additional topping that wasn’t ordered, or not even present) and call it a day. They say that they can only put 1.5oz of any topping on a pizza but will give you a cup filled with a generous serving of the “problem” topping (certainly more than 1.5oz). Frustrating that they will give you more of your desired topping on the side (in a cup) but not on the actual pizza. Pizza-goers beware. 2 stars ONLY because they’re on campus, 0 stars for quality control.

If you’re ordering delivery to Montgomery or Tate hall then be prepared to wait about 30min for them to drive across campus, so order an hour in advanced. The food isn’t bad tastes like any dominos you go to.

Careful ordering from Dominos University of Lynchburg, formerly Lynchburg College; online because although they’re closed following graduation I’m assuming, people were still able to place their online order then realized they were closed upon arrival; but aside from that I heard that their pizza is tasty
