this dominos is a joke, I was told the managers name I spoke to who hung up on me TWICE was named Jacob, not sure If I believe that because after he hung up, I showed up to get assistance and apparently, he wasn’t there somehow, They said they are allowed to hang up on people whom complain, I never cursed or yelled, I simply just wanted to know why my pizza was not cut and why my alfredo was not baked, this was the third incident and I let the other times go, but I was fed up. This place needs new management ASAP. Working in customer service I would never be “sassy” and hang up on customers; people need to realize CUSTOMERS are who keep you employed. I was told by the employee he would put a credit on my account for a free pizza and alfredo…. guessss what? I called and there was no comment left behind. This place is a joke; they need to just go ahead and close or get new management and employees who care more about their job instead of drugs or smoking a cig.

I placed a takeout order to pick up on my way home from work. Carside pick up was offered so I said yes. When I arrived, a car was parked in front of the store with hazard lights on in the fire lane. I park in the first parking spot closest to the store and put on my hazard lights as the app told me to do for pick up. I had to wait about 10 minutes and finally saw an employee come out with what ended up being my order and the car parked illegally in the fire lane’s order. He proceeds to yell if I was picking up and I said yes. So he comes over with my order and proceeds to tell me that if it was any other employee they wouldn’t have crossed the parking lot to bring my order. So I point out that cars shouldn’t be parking in front of the store in the fire lane. Then tells me I could park at the side that they have cameras there so they can see. He proceeds to walk off but I say you should have signs. He said we do. So today I go back to see the signage. Kroger has a drive thru pharmacy lane that comes out at that side and there’s a sign that says “DO NOT ENTER” then the car side pickup sign sits behind it. Technically you would have to drive around the back of the buildings to come the legal way. And guess what I saw again today.. a car parked in the fire lane. If you have ever had a fire you know why this lane is important. I’m half tempted to call the fire marshal but also know I won’t be giving this store my business again. Daleville has no problem “crossing the parking lot” to bring car side orders out.

Waited over an hour after placing a curbside delivery order at 5pm. The app said my pizza was “in the oven” at 5:25pm. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they told me that my order was ready for pickup. I double checked and let him know that I had placed a curbside delivery order and that I waited a really long time. All I got was an “Okay, we’ll bring it out to you.” No apology, no offer to make it right. I will not be coming back to this location. It is 6:35pm and my pizza is still “in the oven”.

Worst decision of my life going there for a pizza. Its great if you dont mind to wait a couple hours. Not a very happy environment. Just going down hill.

After getting off the phone with corporate, I’m writing this because this is completely crap. Went to order pizza Sunday night, their system took all the money (did two transactions)that we had in our account and we got no pizza, no food and was left with no money to feed ourselves afterwards. I’ve contacted the store (no help) the money should be back by midnight end of our day, called corporate (no help) with the run around of we can’t do anything not even give you a discount or coupon for your next order, and our bank said that they can’t do anything because Domino’s bank has a hold on it until July 8th. Like you’ve lost a customer, which sucks because I don’t get sick after eating the pizza sauce like I do at other places. So disappointed in this company, like how many others have you screwed over and left them with no money and over a 10 day holding period. Liked like my $40+ back please.

2 pieces of large pizza were baked with no sauce, cheese or toppings. No quality check performed. Cut was uneven.

Replaced an order tonight at 5:50 PM, I got an email pertaining to the order saying they received the order and it’s being prepped. I waited 15 minutes, went inside and they said oh sorry we haven’t even gotten into it yet. It’s gonna be another 25 minutes. I canceled the order and walked away, Store on Valley Gateway Boulevard has no sense of management and the personnel don’t even care

I got my lunch delivered from here today. I was very impressed! This location does a consistently great job, especially compared to other chains in the area. Their products are made with care. The orders are always accurate, the pizzas have a good distribution of toppings, the food always arrives hot, and the delivery drivers are so polite!
