About 2 weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas from here. Both of which were uncut and looked horrible. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, so I didn’t make a fuss about this mistake. I tried ordering from here once again hoping that I wouldn’t have the same issue, and sure enough another one of my pizzas was not cut. Just a whole pie. Had to cut it myself. I tried to call the location to tell them about the mistake, and I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to have them hang up on me. Lost my business, Will not be ordering from this location anymore.

We ordered a pizza that was delivered As if it had been dropped. There was no bacon on the pizza as you can see. The Receipt clearly says that we did order bacon on the pizza… the parmesan bites were so dry and hard… No effort to rectify was made. Terrible Customer Service.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub online for pickup. I paid for and received a toasted bun with some chicken on it. I called the store. I was told that’s how I ordered it, tough luck. I didn’t modify my order online at all!

Earlier today, my husband and I agreed to order some food from Dominos delivery via this Hampton boulevard location in Norfolk Virginia. I admit that I wanted to treat my hubby and I to some indulgent tasty food before I overhaul what I eat starting tomorrow. Anyhow, My hubby selected a medium sized mushroom and sausage pizza and he was fine with I taking a slice. I also chose the cheesy marinara dip and parmesan bread twists. I confess that I enjoyed and ate a significant amount of the cheesy marinara dip and parmesan bread twists with my husband trying a little portion of the cheesy marinara dip and a parmesan bread twist for himself and also enjoying it. The only caveat was that the cheesy marinara dip had a higher marinara sauce to cheese ratio than I would have liked. My hubby and I both shared and enjoyed some chocolate lava cakes and the delivery driver who delivered our dominos order was very polite.
