I ordered all the time however the last two times have been horrible. The first time they brought the wrong order I had to go to the store to get it corrected. Today I ordered from here the food was not cooked all the way it was still dough on one end. If I could have taken it back I would have but unfortunately I’m unable to drive at the moment. At this point I will not go here any more.

Would give a 0 stars if it was an option. Placed my order at 6:50pm and tracker said it was in prep at 6:59pm. Called at 8:19 and lady said they were shorter drivers but our food would be going in the oven in ten minutes. Called at 9pm and the guy said they have to wait on drivers before they can make our pizzas. I asked the guy why was the second lie I was told. He got rude and said it was not. I told him to cancel my order cause I am not waiting another hour and probably get the some other lie. He had my order canceled quicker then he could lie. I will never order from this location again.

I’ve ordered from this location online on 3 seperate occasions, and EVERY time I end up waiting for over an hour. I will not be ordering at this location again, I’m not sure what they have going on there but it’s always a ridiculously long wait and the only one of those 3 times that I actually got my food, they forgot my wings. Just order somewhere else tbh.

This is the second time i came here & the food was not ready but i was given an estimated time on where to be here. You’re suppose to get a free pizza on your next order if they don’t come outside within the 2 minute bracket they was over 20-30 mins late. I did not get an email about the free pizza. Today, i walked in & no one said anything to me actually the manager said something to everyone else except for me , even the people that came in behind me he helped before me. I didn’t want to cause a scene so i didn’t say anything. They do not use gloves at all, they cut all of the pizza’s with the same cutter, they put all of the toppings on the pizza with no gloves & that’s very disgusting. I have pictures of them not wearing gloves. The manager said it’s “more unsanitary with gloves than without them”. I will not be doing business here again.

Constantly under staffed, single person or just two. However, every employee has been wonderful and amazing despite the challenges they face. Although, I have seen them at rare times, full staff in the last 3yr ordering from them. They do great at letting customers know when they don’t have drivers or if waiting times will be long. I’ve seen first hand, walk ins with attitude and met with respect and “please understanding” that the employee was alone. And did great with quality of the food items and clean work area. I think the deserve more pay for the kindness/effort they put into their work. Whoever is hiring these employees are doing a great job. I almost see someone new every time, yet they are all so nice and accommodating.

2nd time in a row our pizza was delivered cold. The 2nd time we refused it and sent back to store. The 1st time manager apologized and explained they was backed up. This time we used app and tracked the pizza. Was being delivered and we seen driver on the way, then the app seen driver going back to store. We called store and was told she forgot pizza. We asked if it was going to be still hot and then told it just came out of oven (thought she forgot it ???). When driver arrived was not in red bag and the boxes were cold. Was told she took them out of bag at car ( other drivers do it at door ???). We opened box, pizza cold. She said pizza was under heat lamps so didn’t know why it was cold. Returned the pizza and ended up eating cereal for dinner. Very disappointed
