So let’s start, the lobby? Tiny. Can barely fit 5 people in it. The food? Terrible. Dry, no garlic oil on the crust of our hand toss, crust was dry and flaky. And whoever cut it did a horrible job. Did not care one bit about making a proper cut, just sped through it and shoved me out the door with whatever you want to call this poor excuse of labor. Plus one of the two pizzas had a softball sized bubble in it. (Not pictured)

Went to pick up my order and they confirmed my order. I get home and see that they made one of my pizzas wrong. I tried to call so that my pizza would be ready when I arrive. They picked up the call and immediately hung up on me. Called back several times with no answer. Arrived at the location to see all employees ignoring the incoming calls. I had to wait on the remake now all my other food is cold. No acknowledgment of the error or anything. Customer service is horrible. Will not return

Order was supposed to be ready between 3:56 to 4:02ish I think and the finish time kept getting pushed back so I went in since I was already waiting and when I asked about the pizza, gave the name for the order and apparently it wasn’t even started yet and some guy with glasses said “oh I can start that now” after I asked for a refund….even though it was supposed to have been started already but by the time I went in, my finish time got pushed back to 4:02 when it was supposed to be done around that time already. I didn’t think it was fair I had to wait an extra 15-25 mins when it’s not even busy inside but they had time to goof around and they were moving slow. Out of all the dominoes in the area, don’t come to this one for many other reasons as well.

So I usually don’t give bad reviews but I order from this location a lot. However this crew they have working during lunch is extremely lazy. This is the second time my toppings were light and really light this time. I ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. Please tell me where the mushrooms are? When I order mushrooms next time please Mr employee don’t act like you purchased the mushrooms out of your paycheck.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had with Dominos and in general. I ordered a pizza and not only was it burnt the first time but the order wasn’t even correct. We called and allowed them to replace it… the replacement was way undercooked and incredibly doughy. At this point we were frustrated and didn’t want another replacement when the first two were horrible. We called and the manager was incredibly rude to us. He said that my pizza wasn’t burnt and that the second one was fine and pretty much that I’m lying. He offered a credit and we made it clear that we did not want a credit because we would not be eating there again. He then said there was no way to refund us based on how long ago we had ordered the pizzas….. it had been less than two hours since we placed our order! He then told me he was busy and had to go. He stated that he would not refund us but would send another replacement but would have the driver pick ours up. He said if not every single slice was in the box he would charge us again for the replacement that we made clear we didn’t even want. Also the slices we took a bite out were in the trash but the rest of the pie untouched. He then said there was no possible way he would refund us and if there was anything else he could do…. I stated that I wanted his name to report how incredibly rude he was to me to the corporate office. He then said to once more in a rude manner that he wasn’t giving me his name (pretty sure it was Mike or started with an M). Please see the pictures below of the burnt and doughy pizzas I received this evening. The pizzas were horrible but this guy was far worse!

Typical Dominos in Hampton Roads. Service was 4 stars because I ordered for carside delivery, sat outside for 10 minutes with my hazards on, and in the correct vehicle I listed on the app – yet nobody came out. Not a big deal to have to walk into the store, but if they aren’t going to participate in the carside delivery, they shouldn’t offer it.
All in all, I would and probably will be ordering from this location again, lesson learned to treat it as normal pick next time.

I was mischarged for a Carryout Pizza I ordered a few days ago. I called the next day & was told a Manager would call me back & they didn’t. Called back today again & same thing …no call back from the Manager. I called back again today & they never answered. How disappointing. I travel for work and usually sleep in a different town every night. I can not remember the last time I was in a Domino’s with a staff that was as polite as the store I was in tonight (7/6/24). The pizza I ordered was great and ready in less than 15 minutes.
