Ordered a pizza for dinner for my kids and I at 540pm. Took over an hour for the pizza to arrive after seeing it was estimated 30min. When the driver did finally arrive, he tried to give me an order that wasn’t mine. He went back to the car and turns out he didn’t have my order at all. Called the store back and they offered to resend my order, so I could end up waiting another hour, if I’m lucky. Told them to just refund me, as I will not be ordering from this store again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

This Domino’s location hasn’t been open very long. Maybe 6 months or so, but definitely less than a year.
I find them super fast and convenient. I’m right down the road in Great Bridge and they have consistently arrived before the designated delivery time.
Ordering online is a breeze, desktop or mobile app, and they give you a progress bar through to keep an eye on (if you want to) throughout the process. In addition they’ll also text you once the driver is out to let you know when they’re about 2 minutes away.
Pizza’s have been accurately made and look gorgeous as well. No complaints at all.

Ordered pizza at 6pm on a Monday night. They end up delivered the order to a completely different area. So we ask for it to be remade and delivered. We call an hour later for updates and they said it was just finished being made. I ask to see if there’s anything we can do to make this quicker and manager just puts me on hold. We finally get the pizza at 8:29pm

This store is the worst store. Dominos is TRASH. DO NOT ORDER HERE. THEY REFUSE TO DELIVER FOOD VERY VERY LAZY AND LIE ABOUT NO BEING ABLE TO DELIVER. Really disappointed. This is normally my favorite dominos, but not tonight. It seems someone ready to go home made my pizza. The dough is thick and raw. The whole pizza is misshapen. The pepperoni was carelessly thrown on. If the store hadn’t just closed I would have taken this back and complained. This thing is horrible.

I have ordered from this place many times and never have once encountered an issue such as this. May 1st, I placed an order on the phone and when my family arrives to pay we are informed that they would not except anything greater than a $20. My order was about $15, and truly all I had was a $50. Nick acted like he didn’t care, so we had to cancel the order. There were no signs on the door nor was I informed at the time I placed my order that I would have to bring in something smaller than a $50. This makes no sense because what if my order was $45? Would you not except a $50 then? If this is something that is implemented, customers need to be aware before they place an order and you need to have signs out there stating the currency you will not take!
This is very disappointing as Domino’s has lost a customer for life. Not that you really care, but still reviewing. Just incase y’all try to say there was a sign out, I took a pic of the store front! My husband also called and Nick was dancing around the question. RIDICULOUS!
