Was picking up my order just now and witnessed an employee give this guy in front me unnecessary attitude. Middle age guy in a hat. He acted like everyone in the world has already been to a dominoes in person and knows to pick the prepaid order out of the glass display. I never come in person either so I didn’t know myself until i heard the employee rudely explain. The correct thing to do is smile and explain where to grab his food in a nice manner.

Every time I order from this Dominos I have a fantastic experience! The girl who took my order tonight, Kailyn, was helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me while she took my order despite it being 7 pm on a Friday night, and my pizza came out great! However much that girl gets paid, it’s not enough!

Customer Service is Top Speciality Here at Burgess Rd Domino’s. The Staff will Remake Pizzas if Asked. Yes I give Them a 4* … Their Pizza is Delicious but Their Prices can’t Beat Them. I love Domino’s!

They were arguing with me over the phone about the mix match coupon I’ve used to order for years. And I usually order online. But I called in and I was told I had to order 2 pizzas to get the deal. And I was like I’ve used this for years and I can get pasta, dessert, salad, or bread sticks. Just trying to order what usually order my normal order and I’m told I can’t. And I just looked and they aren’t even busy.

Everything at the store is great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the atmosphere is because it’s a takeout or delivery. Other than that, they were quick on making the pizza, and it was hot. There are good flavors on the crust, but I could see the mushrooms being cooked a little more.

We just ordered our pizzas and I guess there was an issue in the app where it said the pizza was in the oven, but some awesome gentleman was already here. He was so patient and even took his time to pet my dogs and calm them down. I just wanted to commend him for being so awesome and if there’s a way I could get his name, that would be awesome! Thank you all so much for being consistently amazing. We are frequent customers and certainly plan on keeping it that way.
