Poor customer service. Was met with “well we gave away your pizza, we’ll have to make it again” which I can get past. Mistakes happen. I then had to sit in 90° weather waiting for pizzas I was told we’re already ready to go. Head back in expecting anything to compensate my time spent waiting. Nothing. Not only nothing, then took pizzas home to see they were thrown together very poorly. Owner is very lazy and couldn’t care less about his customers. I’d rather drive a few more miles just to enjoy better pizza anymore. Sad because dominos used to be a decent place, my favorite place for pizza. This place has single-handedly ruined that.

Ordered one pizza, order of garlic bites, and a chicken ceasar salad for curbside. Got a courtesy call that my order would be 10 minutes delayed due to the oven being down, which was originally appreciated. Waited the alloted time, then hit i was here for the order, and the 2 minute garuntee timer started counting down as of 6:31pm. At the 45-second mark of the timer, it stopped and said my order is coming out as of 6:33pm. Waited a few minutes, nothing. I worked in the restaurant industry, so i always try to be patient and understanding. After about 30-45 minutes pass i started to grow concerned. I witness 4 other people go in and out and leave upset with no food. At that point i decided to walk in. I kindly asked for an eta for my order and its details. I was met with a blank expression and nothing else. After they scrambled around looking for my food it was just sitting under the heat lamps for i dont know how long. They grabbed the pizza and garlic bites, fumbled the ceasar around, handed me the food and pushed me out the door. There was no apology, care, or concern about the insane amount of wait time. Overall experience was poor.

This Domino’s location has some good employees that make great pizza. I have been to many other locations that were not up to par. Tonight they were slammed with orders and my pizza was behind schedule so I got rewarded a free pizza through the app. It was an amazing pizza as usual and I almost feel bad that I was given a free pizza, as I hope it doesn’t reflect badly on this location. Despite being extremely busy the staff is very friendly and makes quality pizza that they care about. I hope nothing ever changes about this location.

Absolutely horrible service. After an hour went by and my pizza still said “Prep”. I called the store and was told to hold while they checked on my pizza. When she came back, said stated my order had just been put in and that they are busy and a bit behind. I completely understand being busy but an hour for the order to even be put in the oven is ridiculous. I told her it wasn’t just a little behind. After getting off the phone, I decided to call back and cancel my order. I spoke with male who also stated it was their busiest day of the week. Sounds like you should manage that better then OR at least notify customers when their order is gonna take over an hour!! I wasn’t gonna wait another hour for it to cook and be delivered. My son and I are waiting on dinner to start our movie night. Super disappointed and will have to find some where else to order from.

I would give them a 5 if they would stop messing up my toppings on my pizza. Last time I got a 3 topping pizza and they messed it up and replaced it with a 2 topping, so basically they still missed one of my toppings.

Never had an issue with this Dominos until yesterday. Ordered delivery with an estimated 25 minute delivery time. Over an hour later nothing. Online tracker said it was on “quality check” for over 30 minutes. After the 1 hr mark hit, tried calling the restaurant twice to tell them to forget delivery. Tang forever. No answer. Not even a voicemail. Finally decided to go pick it up. Halfway there, received a call from home that it had finally been delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. No explanation or apology from the driver. Within 24 hrs I received an automated email saying it wasn’t up to their standards and here’s a coupon for 20% off one item that expires within a week…seriously? No thanks.
