Ordered at 6:20, app said 20 minutes. Showed up and there was 15 mins left, pizza wasn’t even being made. There were 13 employees working at the same time with nothing being pushed out.

My family and I have ordered MANY times and of course sometimes something is missed, no biggie the team is always respectful and empathetic and offers solutions to rectify the issue. Well tonight was AWFUL. We asked to have the pizza placed on one of the three chairs on the porch and ring the doorbell (my dad just came home from surgery). I just happened to check and found our dinner on the ground with ants! When we called the manager, she was so uninvolved or concerned at all. Her attitude was snobby and disgusting. I went to the store to ask for the manager name and store number and she was rude as if I inconvenienced her. I simply said that she was rude with her responses and although it’s not anyone business what goes on in our personal life, it is her responsibility to remain respectful while in customer service. I didn’t yell or be disrespectful. But we will NOT be back at King George Domino’s unfortunately.

Just don’t bother. Ownership apparently is so desperate for revenue they have only 2 drivers on a nfl football Sunday? Domino’s runs commercials constantly. I called 50 mins after my order placed and they haven’t even made it. Idk why I don’t learn with this location. I only order few times a year and everytime they suck. Seriously. EVERY TIME!

I don’t normally complaine but I tried to order pizza online and it wouldn’t work so I called the store in King George and I order3d 2 large pizzas and my bread bites that were supposed to be 2.99$ the guy read me the order back twice and I get to the store and no one knows who took the order or why my bread bites were not on there… I asked if I could get them for 2.99 since that’s what I ordered on the phone and was told no. I just don’t like when people try to act as if I was lying when the guy read my order back twice!

Sorry service! This Domino’s is off the rails. I was in their establishment today and waited over 30 minutes for an order that 10-15 minutes to make. Plus, I was the first one to order and pay. Before I left with my food six other people came in placed there order, got their food paid and left. Yet, me who ordered and paid was still standing for over 30 minutes for a 15 minute order. Two boxes of chicken wings and parmesan bites. . .much simpler than the boxes of pizzas that walked past me. Service here is poor. ☹️
