I ordered on the phone and was having a difficult time with the AI taking my order. I was able to call again and speak to Adel, who was able to clarify and correct the mistake. I walked in to pick up a 12” Toss Pepperoni Pizza w/ 8 wings and a Diet Coke. The place looked busy and organized, with all the employees working together. Adel was ready at the register and was servicing multiple customers, including me. Great attention and ability to work in the moment. Whoever is managing this place is hiring the right people.

We’ve been ordering on line for delivery from this store about twice a month for several years so I think I qualify for a review.
We have never had a pizza that was not cooked/baked properly.
We have never had an incorrect order.
The delivery staff is always nice. Always.
Two times in maybe eight years it has been a slow delivery. Both times we were compensated by Dominoes for the late delivery without us asking for it or reporting the delay.

Picture of 1st pizza ordered 9/26/19. Thin crust extra cheese was over done and tasted like paper with no flavor of cheese. Spoke to management who saved phone number for a fresh one. 9/28 picked up a dry and tasteless thin crust again over cooked! Asked if it could be cooked for less time and was told it is cooked on a timer. Will not order from this company again.

I ordered 2 medium pizza from this store, which is 2 miles away from my home and they said it will be arrive in 40 minutes but I waited for 2 hours and I call the store and again they said the driver is on the way 5 minutes to arrive. But the driver arrived after another 1 hour and the pizza is very very cold and dry, and I will never ever trust this store delivery service…….

Poor service. Stood in line at the front counter for 10 minutes while people ran around getting boxes and making orders but never even acknowledging us. Ended up just ordering online as I stood there and leaving. they should just replace the person upfront with a machine if that’s the kind of service they strive to have. What’s the point of having humans?

I rated 3 stars because Domino’s has gotten crazy expensive. We only order 2-3 times a year now. We used to order monthly or more, but now that a formerly $7.99 3-topping takeout is $12.99(!!) we only order during half-price promotions.
The staff, however, is amazing. Always friendly, always helpful, always get every order right. I wish we could afford to orser more often like we once did, but corporate greed wins again.

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings with a bbq dipping cup. The pizza came pretty much cold and they put the bbq sauce on the wings and sent a cup of habanero sauce. There is someone in my household that cannot eat bbq sauce due to allergies which is why I didn’t order with the bbq sauce on the wings. I called and received no answer.

This Domino’s pizza is great. I usually do carryout and feel it’s an excellent value. However, I’ve ordered delivery twice and both times have been poor experiences. First time our pizzas were delivered to the wrong house. After I called, they remade our order and redelivered but now it was over 90 minutes later. Tonight, the estimated time said 22 minutes, but it got here at one hour and one of the pizzas had someone else’s name on it. Bottom line: good pizza, good price, delivery problems due to sending multiple orders out with one driver. I understand the need to do that and I understand staffing can be a challenge these days, but the accuracy needs to be better. I’ll stick to carryout.
