Usually I get wonderful customer service and great delivery. Last night, however was a MESS! I ordered my pizza and it stated it was delivered. I called the store and the associate on the other line stated wait 10 minutes. So I did, I called back furious and angry. They didn’t deliver my pizza, so I asked to speak with a manager and told the person on the other line to do better. They offered me to make a new pizza. They delivered correctly the second time, as I watched the driver get out of the car (Thanks Dominoes app). He went upstairs to the apartment above me where he delivered the first pizza! First off, it’s not hard to READ THE ADDRESS, especially if it’s on the first floor!

My pizza went on a lengthy car ride. I ordered pizzas and they arrived at my house an hour an 50 minutes later. I live 2.9 miles from the store! Larry, the delivery driver, was lovely and told me he is the only driver on duty. I get it! I would have picked the pizza up had I known at the time I placed the order.

I ordered 3 boxes of pizza online and went ordered it through carry out. Upon my arrival, I noticed that there was only one person working, and several orders ahead of me. As expected, the making of the pizza’s took longer than usual, yet the customer service was amazing. Ahmad Milad helped create my three pizza’s + offered me a free drink as a compromise for the delay, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back again. Keep up the good work Ahmad!

Update: I find it strange that a comment was left 2 months later leaving an email address to contact them regarding my concerns. This just shows there lack of quality customer service. Why? Because I contacted them to discuss the matter further days later to no resolve. I had a 30 min conversation with the manager and all his did was justify the behavior. The same man who was actually rude to me while I was there. He knew the situation and was the issue. In addition to they never gave me back my money that I wasted after they told me to bring the pizzas back. See they never expected for me to actually bring it back. They took the pizza and then refused to refund me. They’re straight trash.

This is the 3rd time (shame on us I guess) we have had a horrible experience with this location. My kids had a school function and we were going to get home late enough to not want to cook. We were also celebrating my daughter’s spelling bee. Ordered at 7:38 and didn’t get our 2 pizzas and lava cakes until about 9:15. Kids were hungry, tired and parents were grumpy.

I’m very sad for this location. No matter what they just can’t seem to get it right. The general manager is very nice. However without good staff you won’t go far. My last delivery had obviously been dropped. Pizza cheese bread, pasta.. It was all just a mess. It is sad that a driver cannot be honest and let the customer know. Instead of accepting a tip and driving away.

Interior pictures shown on here are not from the real restaurant. (Doesn’t really matter). Due to traffic I was about an hour late to pick up my online ordered pizza and the staff told me that it was already picked up.
