63 minutes to get my order when the estimate was 20-35 minutes. Was just about to call to cancel and get a refund when they finally showed up. Nothing like having to microwave my meal after getting it because it’s freakin cold. Tasted terrible after that. Threw out the whole pie.

The west Patrick street location is always on point. The service is friendly and outstanding every single time I visit. The food is always cooked perfectly. I’ve had many issues with the Dominos locations in Hagerstown, MD it is always a hit or a miss. Food would come out way over cooked and burnt half of the time. Frederick, MD West Patrick Street Domino’s has an outstanding team that cares and the service and food prove that. The only problem I have with this location is completely unrelated to Domino’s. The horrible parking lot and area that it’s unfortunately stuck in is horrendous. I don’t know who designed the Vista Shopping Centers parking lot but it’s completely disfunctional. Keep up the amazing teamwork and leadership. You guys have something special. Great work and thank you!

I never like leaving bad reviews unless the customer service matches the poor quality. This spot typically has decent pizza. Every so often I get a a pizza that isn’t the greatest, but we just eat it and hope it was just a one time deal. Things happen. This one was horrible.
This evening I did a curbside. I was tired, worked, and didn’t feel like cooking. Pizza is quick and easy.
Got home and the pizza didn’t look great. All of the pepperonis were hard or overcooked. The crust was so hard and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza.
I called in and the only thing they offered was for ME to drive back to the store again and swap it. I was not riding back out a second time. They offered no credit or a delivery of the pizza. I’m sorry, but I was extremely dissatisfied this evening. We have been customers for so many years. Never complain. I would have accepted them coming and swapping our pizza.
This was handled poorly. Make sure you check and taste your pizza before pulling off or they do.

This is the second time I’ve ordered the Pacific Veggie Pizza from this location and they can’t seem to get it right. I specifically requested that pepperoni be added. While the pepperoni was included, the veggies were completely missing. This is now the second time this exact mistake has happened. Please get it together

Ordered online and put the wrong address. Called and sat on hold for 5+ min and told him the correct address. Delivery drivers shows up to a complete random address and calls me from a random number. I give him the correct address and he says on the way.. he goes to the wrong address again. Called store and sat on hold for a while for them to tell me he heard the wrong address. No apologies from the manager on duty or any sympathy once so ever.

I rarely leave reviews, but the delivery I just got was SO good I had to. I even called the store so they knew how great of a job they did. The food got here so fast, and it was still blazing hot. The medium pan pizza was INCREDIBLE. It was so fresh, and so fluffy. Hands down one of the best pizzas I have had. My nickname growing up was “Lisa Pizza” because of how much pizza I ate (I still do) , so I know good pizza. I wish I had gotten a picture before we devoured it to show just how perfect it was! Hats off to the crew working tonight- thanks for a great dinner!! And thank you to our delivery driver- Micah- he was so kind and friendly. Great service!

Chicken Alfredo had little to no chicken , the noodles and Alfredo sauce was dry. The picture is after only one fork full was eaten . You can see the crisp line that proves how much was in the bowl .

Our neighborhood can be difficult to deliver in, and our order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address at first. After calling in to let them know, the person that answered the phone was very helpful and instantly offered to resend my order again without any hesitation or questioning or anything like that.
The driver showed up about 25-30 minutes later with our “reorder”, and it arrived hot and well made. Mistakes are inevitable, and the way a place handles their mistakes tells you a lot about how they’re run. This Domino’s location is *very* well run!

We get cheese pizza and how come the bread falls apart like they never even put it in the oven…. It’s truly disgusting. Bunch of kids who work there… like do better. It’s pizza. And I get the easiest pizza to make. It shouldn’t be raw .
