At the time of my visit the store had some internal damage to the ceiling. Bathrooms were closed off due to the debris still being located on the floor. I was surprised the store was not closed due to this. On top of this as I was waiting for my pizza. One of the staff members was eating cheese and pepperoni while making pizzas. I just hope my pizza was also not being chewed over while it was being prepped. Besides this experience I have had plenty of good pizzas that I have picked up. On some occasions the pan pizzas are not fully cooked but when they are they taste wonderful.

Have not ordered here for over two years and why I did tonight is beyond me. Service was slow, so much so that I got an automated apology email with a offer for a free pizza or 20% off. While I appreciate the proactive approach to customer satisfaction, the food is just awful. It’s not that its prepared improperly or out of spec, it’s that the Dominos food products are a truly miserable example of pizza. The sauce is overly sweet, the crust is too soft and bready, and the cheese has nearly no taste. They have cut back dramatically on the amount of toppings included to the point of ridiculousness. There are much better local non-chain offerings that provide much better quality at lower prices.

I received my pizza in about thirty minutes after calling and ordering, the pizza was absolutely diabolically delicious!! Whoever made this pizza I hope your pillow is always cool and your socks don’t ever sag down on your feet!

Everytime I order there is an issue. This time ordered at 5pm. Finally call at 630 to ask where my food is. I’m told they are short on drivers. They should notify customers that it will take an hour and 45 minutes when they order. I shouldn’t have to chase down my order after an hour and a half. Pizza finally arrives and it is room temperature and dried out from sitting there.

This place is horrible if you need a delivery, it is hit or miss, usually they are drastically late and the food is cold, they did not accept the dominos rewards points for the longest time. I actually searched my email and I have gotten the “That delivery was not what we hoped” email 8 times in the last 3 years. I guess its my fault for repeatedly expecting a pizza that is hot and delivered on time. What do you want for 35 bucks right? lol typical eastern shore service

I ordered my two pizzas this evening from Domino’s in Centreville, Maryland after a very long day. I ordered a large thin crust and a medium pan pizza. The order was ready at 6:30 and I was there around 6:40 to pick it up. I hit the “I’m here” button and at 6:54 I finally had to call and let them know I was sitting in front of the door like advised by their website. When they FINALLY brought my order to me I asked them if the pizza was going to be cold. The girl said it was sitting on the warmer. I live about 5 mins away and as soon as I got home I looked at the Pan pizza. The pan pizza was soggy and thin (as thin as their original pizza), and when I tasted the thin crust it was luke warm and soggy. It tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. I would have been better off buying and cooking my own frozen pizza at this point. However my screaming 2 year olds who is starving and has had an accident in his car seat wasn’t going to get me in the grocery store so I called the store manager Jennifer. She was less than helpful, as she heard my screaming 2 year old in the background she only gave me the option of driving back to the store with my order even after I asked her to deliver, she refused and said she would only replace my order if I came back to the store. I went here for the convenience of the curbside as any mother with a screaming toddler would appreciate but they won’t be seeing our business ever again!

The tracker showed food out of the oven and in quality Control for at least 20 to 25 minutes before leaving the store. So our food was cold when we received it. The buffalo mac and cheese had no buffalo sauce added, and it was clear from the order that we ordered that. The Philly steak subs had hardly any steak on them. I’ve ordered from other Domino’s and gotten more steak

I orderd cinnamon twist and there was no cinnamon on the twist I’m not blaming the delivery driver Kevin all though I paid with a 50 the order was 28$ and only got 10$ in ones back but I blame this on Jennifer the one who prepped my food
