SM is unprofessional, he lacks respect for his employees and team. The lack of any effective communication skills with his team is what is holding this location back from being an awesome pizza spot. After observing he behavior I can safely say he is the reason this location has a high driver turnover rate. Maybe his boss should teach the SM how to be a more effective manager, and then they can fix the rest of the store. If you have ineffective management, then of course you’ll have an ineffective team. He operates the store as if everyone is already supposed to know what to do without him having to tell them; which doesn’t work. Your team needs strong leadership, and this store lacks that. I’m just going to go to a different location. This location is just terrible.

Ordered the buffalo specialty chicken on June 1st around 11am. Whoever the girl was had an attitude for no reason. I told her that I didn’t want bacon or tomatoes and that I wanted a blue cheese dipping cup on the side. First off, I asked if she made sure to add the blue cheese and she ignored me. Then she didn’t put tomatoes on the first time but went out of her way to heat them up and add them, even after me saying I didn’t want them. Then I asked about her adding the hot sauce and she told me that it didn’t come with that. I know it does because I worked at this exact location for 2 years and some as an assistant manager. In addition to that, she never added the blue cheese cup and went to ring that up as well. I don’t know if it’s her attitude or if she’s just incompetent but she had a problem from the jump. Horrible attitude, horrible customer service. I ended up getting it refunded and had to remind her to give me a receipt

This place used to be so good.. idk what happened. Twice my delivery order was wrong. First time, had bacon on it and I don’t eat pork. Second time, had pineapples on it and what looked like someone picked the pineapples off after realizing. And I am allergic to pineapples.

Stay away from this place, I went in here one day last summer paid cash for a pizza, I waited twenty minutes, Then I walked back inside to get my pizza and Apparently they did a shift change, And come to find out the first guy who took my order must have just stolen my money…. I got no receipt from him because I didn’t think I had to, And he must not even rung it up. I later called the next day only to be told they don’t know what i’m talking about either

This store used to be decent. The last two times I ordered here, they have gotten my orders wrong (the last time so completely wrong my gf wasn’t able to eat the food). Then, the manager calls me, and offers me a credit for the bad review, which I accept… And they never credit me. Needless to say, I’m not ordering from this location again, and I’ll be making sure everyone I know also orders from other locations.

The store has definitely improved i order here more frequently because they are quick with deliveries, food is always fresh, and customer is great. I only had one problem with a delivery driver i guess the guy was new but anyways he delivered my pizza with the box in half like how is that even possible, luckily it didn’t make up the pizza on the inside so i didn’t have to wait for a new one then the guy had the nerves to ask me for a tip talking about “ Gas is high “ buddy goodbye you can’t even deliver a presentable pizza. Other than that, they are open where they’re supposed to be NOW, the food is great, and deliveries are quick also when i told the manager about my problem with the delivery he credited my account for the next time i order which is fabulous.

Went to place a order with domino’s today and apparently their calls go to a call center which is not at the location where you order your food. After spending time placing my order with this person. I got a phone call from domino’s itself saying there are 2 and a 1/2 hour behind in the delivery. So I canceled my order. There should be some kind of way that the call center should know how far they’re behind in their delivery. We’ll not ever order from this place again
