I was very disappointed. I ordered a thin crust pizza. The pizza was dry, slightly burnt, and not enough cheese. I had to put all kinds of seasoning on it. I haven’t been to Domino’s in 20 years. Now I remember why. Won’t be back any time soon.

Do not go here!!!! They got almost our entire order wrong and when we called, the manager basically said we were lying because he “boxed it himself.” We simply asked for a credit because we had already been trying to call for 45 minutes and they said they could do nothing for us. Terrible customer service. And not to mention our pizza was dry and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Seriously, don’t waste your money there.

On 3/12/22, I went to the Pikesville, Md I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with onions. When I got my pizza home it was sausage and pepperoni’s on it but instead of the onion on my pizza as I had ordered somehow Pineapples were on my Pizza. I had to take every pineapple off of the pizza so I could eat it minus my onions not being there. This is the first time that this has happened to me at this location and I was truly disappointed. Please make sure the employees are taking orders accurately because you never know if people are allergic to something you put on their pizza if not ordered. I’m just saying….

Employee did not mention specials and did not make my order correctly after asking for Canadian bacon. Instead he served me bacon. I asked if they had ham and he said NO. However another employee said they did. He lied and he didn’t want to redo my order until I insisted. Poor customer service! I WILL NOT return to that location and don’t recommend it. It issue was too easy to fix.
