The worst possible customer service in my entire life. Placed an order at 7PM. At 8PM a delivery guy came with the wrong order. So he said he will call Dominos and order again for me and will come with the right order. 30 minutes later called Dominos to confirm that it was being made, they had no idea about it. Put me on hold for 30 minutes and then said its on the way, without ever confirming what the order was and just hung up. Half an hour later no pizzas still. Called again, again no idea what is happening, put on hold for another 30 minutes. And never came back. And after that stopped answering phone completely. This Domino should be closed and the people that are working here on 02/25/26 should be fired, because they sure have no idea how to work and don’t even care to begin with.

I do not recommend. Ordered at 9:30 for delivery at 11:30, they arrived around 12:20. Keep in mind the office is a 2 minute drive from the store. Box was all greasy, pizza seems tossed around the box. They forgot my sodas and returned 10 mins later and still forgot the garlic sauce that I paid for.

I guess I should have never tried ordering from this location. They said my food was on the way at 12:23PM, It is now 1:13 and I still dont have my food. Worst part is on the tracker the driver has been at the same place for the last 20 minutes circling the block and no where near my delivery address. Very frustrating. Worst part is when you call the store they have phone issues. Why should I pay over $90 dollars for cold food. The driver is sitting chilling somewhere, car is not moving.

As soon as I got the alert from the app that my pizza was done, I walked to the store. Before I walked in, the store looked like it was closed or closing due to thelightoutsideandin lobbyareabeingout. No one greeted me. The young guy was wearing a ski mask over his head (very unprofessional) with domino’s shirt on, on his phone chilling while he’s coworker was making an order. I told him I was picking up, told him my last name and the guy making orders said it will be out in 4 minutes. “Cool, I’m good with waiting, can I pay for it now? ” ski mask dude said ok. Put his phone down to assist me, asked me my name again. I gave him my last name (simply) I even spelled it for him. He said he doesn’t see it. Ski mask guy goes to the back to look at the order screen and comes back to tell me it will show up on the screen when it comes out. He proceeds to go back to his phone. 6 minutes have passed now and still no pizza. Guy making orders says you are Chris right?! I said no I said my last name again and explained my order. The whole time it was sitting waiting on the warmer. I get it home only to realize it’s not all the way cut.

Tore the pizza up yes I did but I’m lowering my stars cause for one I wasn’t greeted the had a worker out front smoking a cigarette didn’t wash his hands or nothing and than it’s another girl in there with piercings she’s never helpful and always got a nasty attitude she needs to rethink her career choices due to her behavior

Took over 2 hours (0.3 mi) box was smashed, greasy, cold. I called for a refund to only get told “we can’t do it if you got the pizza” I told him I’ll walk over & he said “no manager” & they hung up on me.

I never do food reviews, but please do not choose the delivery option. They take over 2 hours to deliver. An put my pizza on the steps and drove off, after I was told she would call. My pizza was cold and one was not delivered.

BY FAR THE WORST DOMINIOS I HAVE EVER VISTED. I placed my order at 5:30pm, wasn’t ready until 6:45. Services was disappointing. If I could give them something less then 1 star I would. They offered multiple drink options, when I arrived they only had coke & water. Once I get home, I find out my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Not to mention the it was terribly prepared. This store is a disgrace to the Dominos franchise. I walk inside to vulgar music being played. Just a bad experience! Remove this store & replace it with anything else! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOBODY FROM THIS AREA VISIT THIS STORE!
