The manager Precious is great! The delivery driver Rachel is NOT!! She continues to take trips to apartments and refuses to leave her SUV. She will not meet you at the bldg, but expects you to meet her at her vehicle. I did not order car-side delivery. Today, she pulls up, next to my car, texts me, and never exited her vehicle. If I wanted to walk to my car, I probably would have gone and gotten my own pizza. So how is it that Domino’s supposedly delivers to parks, playgrounds, picnics, parades, and parties but can not manage to make it to the doorway of an apartment building in Reservoir Hill?????

This place is trash. Go to another Domino’s! I’ve been here 3 times and each time had a bad experience. You will have to wait longer than the time in the app. You pizza may or may not be cut. Their credit card machine and cash registers often are down or not working properly. Just go to another store and save yourself the frustration. Thank me later.

BY FAR THE WORST DOMINIOS I HAVE EVER VISTED. I placed my order at 5:30pm, wasn’t ready until 6:45. Services was disappointing. If I could give them something less then 1 star I would. They offered multiple drink options, when I arrived they only had coke & water. Once I get home, I find out my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Not to mention the it was terribly prepared. This store is a disgrace to the Dominos franchise. I walk inside to vulgar music being played. Just a bad experience! Remove this store & replace it with anything else! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOBODY FROM THIS AREA VISIT THIS STORE!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. We ordered our food for delivery. After an hour I tried calling to check on the order. No one picked up. After another hour we decided to go get our food because we realized it was never coming. When we got there they only handed us part of our order. Then when we said something was missing they said oh yeah it’s right here like they knew the entire time and wanted to keep it for themselves. Customer service would also not help if I tried calling them. They would just redirect me to the store. Feeling defeated we left and then when getting home we realized they gave us the wrong order. We asked for a refund for the delivery and tip that we left for the driver and after trying to make excuses as to why they couldn’t do that they finally refunded the whole order and then made us pay for it over again without the delivery fee and tip amount. The employees were out of it and obviously didn’t care one way or another. I am a frequent food ordered and I will honestly say this was the worst experience with trying to order food I have ever had. I will never ever go back to this or probably any other dominos. I warn anyone that if you decide to go to this dominos do not do delivery or better yet go to literally any other pizza place in the area. Good luck folks.

Please do not order from 1020 Park Ave Ste 102, Baltimore Maryland 21201. I have order from this location twice now and have been disappointed both times. This time I ordered three boxes of the tots and one lava cakes. They were placed in the bag on their sides which caused them to smash together in the boxes and one leaked out the side. Two boxes of tots were burnt. The lava cakes were burnt as well. I contacted the store and the person who answered had an attitude. I was placed on hold then hung up on.
