Food was pretty standard for Chipotle. Fresh. Trash cans were full, plasticware was not stocked. Tables and floors were disgusting. Floors had trash and food all over and I moved to three tables because all were very dirty. Went at 3pm on a Saturday.

There’s fantastic servers and there’s pretty weak ones too.
Idk what music playlist they use, but it takes good songs and puts them in remixes. Some are cool, some are just awful.
Seem to suffer staffing troubles – there are times they are out of rice and certain meets. Almost always the trash bins are overflowing.
OH! And don’t try mobile ordering. That fell off over a year ago and never recovered. Wrong orders, untimely orders, losing the entire days orders and reprinting them all. Just order in store.

I placed my order online and was given a pickup time of 1:40. Upon arrival at that time, my order was not ready. The man at the to-go station asked my name and stated that my order would be ready in 2 minutes. As I waited, I observed him walking around the kitchen area, moving trays at his station, talking with other employees…NOT preparing my order. When I inquired again, he tersely responded “in a minute”. He then proceeded to prepare another to-go order first, for a customer who wasn’t even there waiting. When he finally completed my order, he placed it on the to-go pickup shelf, directly in front of me, instead of handing it to me. This is exponentially unacceptable customer service. I am appalled.

The quality of ingredients usually drop dramatically at the end of the night. Guacamole brown, meat looks unappetizing and old. But the guacamole being almost all completely brown is where i personally draw the line. Almost makes me wonder if they disobey food-safety guidelines with the meet especially. The two times I ordered on mobile they messed it up, omitting multiple ingredients. Please teach employees on the line how to wrap burritos, only twice have I gotten any that could stay together.
And recently I went and they were out of rice. But I see them preparing more, it should only be a short wait so that’s okay. When the person who is making it brings it over to the order station, the manager tells them “no, put it at the online order station instead”. That was bewildering. They had a lot of people waiting and instead of having a full tray of fresh rice for them, the manager chooses to give it to the online orders

This is the worst Chipotle location I have visited. Tables are consistently dirty and covered in old food. Scarcely cleaned. It is unsanitary.
Service is poor. I have been here several times and have not been greeted or treated politely. Customers need to put forth an effort to be acknowledged. The employees have rolled their eyes at seeing me. It is sad.
The food is extremely inconsistent. Portion sizes vary. I have had my bowls covered in sour cream, some bowls with a tablespoons worth. It is typically cooked well, but the servers who combine the bowls have traditionally put forth zero effort.
I’m a big fan of Chipotle and have tried this location several times. It is horrible and disgusting with its poor cleanliness. Spend your money elsewhere.

Came here for a quick dinner and being disappointed is an understatement. The hot and cold line was an absolute mess and reflected in my burrito each time I took a bite and tasted ingredients I didn’t order. The cashier was friendly but unorganized since the staff didn’t care to write the order on the foil of the burrito. When looking for a place to sit, the dinning room was filthy. I have attached photos but find it amazing that with 8 workers in the open kitchen, I had to wipe my own table down to sit and enjoy my food. On top of this, I watched as the worker on the line held his phone in his gloved hands and then proceeded to make an order with those same gloves on. The Agua Fresca was completely out and no employee had a care to refill it. Keep in mind, it was 5 in the afternoon. This overall experience was horrible and I think the regional manager needs to pay a visit to this location. If the dining room is a mess, how safe is the food preparation?

I love chipotle but unfortunately I experienced a batch of really undercooked rice and it ruined my whole burrito. I didn’t have time to go back in and inform them that their rice was undercooked as I was hurrying off to my job. But please check your rice…it was not well cooked. Staff was nice though.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews, unless the service is exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. I ordered a smoked brisket bowl with extra protein online for in store pick up, and paid $20 for the bowl alone, a ridiculous price as it is. Not only did I not get extra brisket, I barely got what would be considered a normal bowl. Now on my only 30 minutes of lunch, I don’t have time to drive back and have them fix their mistake. This is a repeated offense at this location specifically, as my coworkers and I order from her frequently. I wish I could be 100% confident I am getting what I’m spending my money on, but with this location, I can’t.
