this Domino’s is trash. I waited over an hour and a half for two items just for them to show up after 2 1/2 hours even though I already canceled the order LMFAO this place is a joke. I feel bad because they didn’t even communicate to the driver that the order was canceled even though they had plenty of time to do so. I still left the driver with a 20 that way it wasn’t for nothing but for two items and I live less than seven minutes away is absolutely nuts.
The person who picked up the phone when I went to cancel my order was absolutely ignorant as can be , if anything i’d think her grumpy self might’ve been shrek if caller id came with pictures

Took over 90 minutes however, I am not upset about that. It’s a Friday night and I should have just went with carry out. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, some slices had spots with zero cheese and most of the toppings were dumped in the middle. Just Terrible.

The most disgusting Dominos store I have ever been to. The two females in the front making and serving the pizza were scratching their arms non stop. Reminds of behavior from people addicted to substances or people who have some sort of skin disease. Either way, they should not be touching peoples food, especially directly with their hands like they do the pizza dough.
The place is so dirty, the people are so nasty, and they either intentionally or unintentionally gave me pizza with bugs crawling in it. It might be normal for this location but I was disgusted.
I have already filed a complaint with corporate and better get a full refund. I may even sue if I can prove they intentionally placed bugs in my pizza and tried to get me sick.
I probably won’t be going to any dominos in the future if this is how they let stores operate.

Crust wasn’t cooked through and after a long day of work I am thoroughly disgusted. Tried calling the store 5 minutes before close and they wouldn’t pick up. Tried contacting customer service and was sent through a text feed of “we will get back to you”.

Zero quality control. called 50 minutes after food said it was done was told wasn’t even the next order to go out for delivery and that it was sitting on heat racks. Decided to just drive up and pick it up food was room temperature at best and half was inedible. Too many pizza options in pasadena don’t waste your time here

Second time waiting 2 hours I live right next door by the way but food is also cold not even warm so a hour before my food arrived the tracker told me it left the store but they will act like they are backed up clearly my food has been sitting a long time they don’t offer any kind apology or anything at all it’s just what they tell you it is and that’s that so maybe cooperate should consider a regime change , last time it was over 2 hours I had to fight to get them to answer the phone and after 20 minutes of calling they finally did so I asked why they don’t call ppl and let them know your Oder is going to come hours later instead of letting ppl sit there wondering what’s going on and they might as well start accepting EBT cards since technically it’s not hot food ♂️ not sure if you can see in the pictures the cheese is firm and cold not a hint of heat coming off these pizzas so why make them hours before they are going to leave the store ?
