** Buyer Beware**
Very disappointed with this location. Not our normal store, but the order was placed online and this store fulfilled our order. Pizza arrived undercooked and doughy. Took the pizzas back to the store and requested a refund. The store manager acknowledge that it was under cooked and claimed the problem was due to the dough they used wasn’t made in house?? I believe this normal practice for Dominos so not sure why this would be an issue. I was told that they would take photos and submit for a refund approval and that it would take in 3 to 5 days for a response??? ( No, not 3-5 days to see the refund in my account. You read that correctly!) Assistant Manager in store apparently wasn’t authorized to give refunds… I’ve called corporate and they’re suppose send a message to the location to reach out to me but I haven’t heard back. Corp. Customer service did share that this is an independent location that should be equipped to issue refunds independently. I’m very disappointed with this experience. Pizza Tigers LLC is the name of the franchise. I would check the individual franchisee information before purchasing from a location. They are are doing Dominos a disservice. The fact that you spend this much time and effort for a refund is ridiculous. $100 down the drain…

Both pictures attached were meant to be philly cheese steak with normal crust. One has basically nothing on it (They were out of green peppers, but had the rest). And the second one which was a remake has hot sauce added on top, for flair points I guess since philly cheese doesn’t get hot sauce added on top.

Please excuse my eaten pizza but I had to photo bomb this pizza . I love for my pizza to look like this I swear to god. There was a slight hiccup in my order I called within a hour to check on it the mistake I got on the phone with Michelle she is an angel and she informed me she made my pizza I was too thrilled to hear I was speaking to the chef thank you girl !! I couldn’t thank her enough. I promise you if you’re a nice customer you will definitely receive nice customer service. TJ if you’re reading this please high five ️ her . I can’t thank her enough for her phenomenal customer service ☺️✨ Thank you again .

Dry as can be. No sauce , the mushrooms were nonexistent and the ones on there dry and shriveled. I’ve had so much better from them in the past. And these cinnamon knots , if it were not for the icing more dry food. Absolutely terrible

I just ordered my pizza on the way there and by the time I got there, my food was hot and ready. Best pizza place in Anne Arundel County to me and my fiancé! Or at least the best Domino’s.!!! food is delicious

This is the most offensive meal I’ve ever received. Just burnt dough on the entire right side which appears unappetizing- there isn’t sauce or cheese. I don’t know why a cook would prepare this and let it leave the restaurant to be served to anyone. Please do better and have pride and care for what your restaurant is serving to customers’ dinner tables.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. The pizza was honestly disgusting—poorly made, barely cooked, and the quality was nowhere near what I expect from this location. On top of that, the service was extremely terrible. My order was handled carelessly, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all about fixing the issue. I would have given this no stars if I could .
