We have been ordering Domino’s here in German town for 15 years. Their pizza always arrives in a reasonable time. It is always hot. It is always good. They have other items but I have not tried them. I am happy with just pizza.

My pizza was dry, over cooked and barely had sauce. The chicken wings had little sauce on them. The only decent thing I ordered was the blue cheese dip! The owner, Kathy, was rude in our email exchanges. I do not recommend this location, the lack of customer service is concerning. After reading several reviews, I realize that my experience is the norm. Awful pizza and chicken, even worse customer service!

So here’s the deal, when they make the pizza right, and is delivered on time it’s GREAT! How ever the are not consistent at all. For example I just ordered the Pacific vegitables thin crust pizza and a large chicken with peppers. The Pacific island pizza was AWSOME!, the crust is crispy and the topping are heavy and fresh, every inch is covered, however the chicken with papers is so sad! It’s dry, not enough sauce and very little toppings, I’m just gonna toss it, it’s nasty, I don’t recommend this place. See the picture’s and you will understand what I’m saying.

ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE SO TRUE!!! Today we ordered beef pizza with BBQ sauce, 8 nuggets and waited about 20 minutes. We were very hungry and it was cold outside. We repeated many times what we want with beef asked many times to confirm the correct order, we took the order and arrived home. We opened a pizza home and there was a chicken pizza instead of beef, we called and said that they made a mistake and asked to redo our order, and because of their own mistake, they said that we should come back and wait another 20 minutes or pay extra for delivery. The lady that I was talking to over the phone and explaining my mistake, was so disrespectful. I am very disappointed in this place and WOULD NOT ADVISE anyone else to visit it!

Wish I could give a zero star, the worst pizza I ordered handtossed pizza , and what I get is pizza the base with thin crust. I call them and told them I have got the pizza and there base like thin crust , first he tells me to he will replace it , I told him I dont have anyone to come and get it replaced kindly issue me refund, and my kids are hungry and ate 1.5 slices, they are like you need to bring whole pizza back, what the hell, and top of it, there manager Shawn or Sean, whoever is , very arrogant person and rude, he tells me after eating pizza you want us to replace, I am like are you serious , I specifically told them my kids ate 1.5 slices. I can bring the remaining 5 or 5.5 slices back to you , but He is like I want full pizza back, are you kidding , do you treat your customers like this, what kind of manager and workers are there, sorry dominos you are seriously losing your clients. We picked up the pizzas and found out after coming home that they gave us the wrong pizzas. I called them right away. They wanted me to bring the pizzas back to them, so that they can replace. First of all they won’t accept that they might have made a mistake. Secondly, even for a delivery to fix their own issue, they will charge for a delivery fee. Ridiculous!
