Not sure why the other reviews are so negative. My driver was fast and courteous and my pizza was made perfectly! Make sure to tip your delivery driver, this is a tough economy and people are working really hard to make ends meet! If you don’t have money to tip your driver well, you can’t afford to order pizza…. and you better not be leaving negative reviews!

Literally the worst Dominoes. In the last 3 months I’ve been called to say delivery will be 2 hours or more, they are short staffed. Messed up orders that I don’t get compensated for. I wish they close this one and reopen the one in Clinton I never had an issue or let me order from Silver Hill rd. The good reviews must be employees or family because they are by fat the worst with food and customer service. Uber eats have people delivering on bikes and I get my food faster. I am 6 min from the store and can never get my food from this spot.

Terrible delivery experience. I specifically requested contactless delivery, because I’m currently sick and can hardly talk or walk. I put explicit, easy to follow instructions in the delivery notes. Instead of even attempting to make my delivery the proper way, my driver sat in his car and called me repeatedly, and had the store call me repeatedly, and insisted that I meet my driver downstairs to pick up my order. What’s the point of offering contactless delivery if this is what happens? Hope my driver doesn’t get sick, but it won’t be my fault. Unprofessional and unsafe.

NEVER order from here. My pizzas weren’t cut so I called to inform them. Spoke to the manager, Renaldo. He was really rude! He told me and I quote, “I’ll tell them to cut harder.” He never even apologized. I called him out on it. His response, “you can make a formal complaint if you want too.” Like what? That’s how a manager responds to a complaint. This place doesn’t deserve my business! I will be taking this a step further. I work in customer service and I try to to give the best. And when I don’t receive it, especially from a manager, it’s a problem.

Ordered from 4269 Temple hill rd at 320pm. It’s now 615pm. I haven’t received my order. This is the second time. There will not be a third. Get it together domino’s. My grandkids were very upset they couldn’t stay for pizza.

This store and their poor communication!!! They do not know how to talk with ppl you call customer service online they say someone from the store will reach out, they never do. This man told me that because my order is free it’s best to come get it because my driver can come out for a free order???? Sir if your store do not mess up my order we wouldn’t have this issue? When I placed my initial order for DELIVERY it was messed up so now that it’s free you can’t send some one out? I’m done giving this raggedy store my money.
