System kept refusing my accurate online payment from 3 different browsers over 30 min. Called store – wouldn’t help – ordered through the app, worked fine. Waited 30 min for delivery (2 miles away) guy didn’t even get out of his car and I carried 3 large pizzas and 2 , 2 liter bottles of soda myself. STAY AWAY.

So we ordered 3 pizzas from the Capitol Heights location. And had somewhat of an issue. Called the store to find out about our order. And when I say this young man (Marcus) was so professional. MARCUS he never lost his composure nor did he ever become unprofessional or lose his demeanor. Marcus not only treated me as a valued customer, he also resolved the issue and came up with a resolution to the problem. JOB WELL DONE Sir. Thank you for providing the highest level of professionalism to me. Thank you and God bless you and yours. On 02/14/2026 @ 9:25 pm I placed an Order my food didn’t arrive until 11:50 pm .. my food was cold , upon delivery I called the store on multiple occasions to be hung up on everytime because whomever thought I was “Arguing” I wasn’t just wanted to know the status of my food after waiting such a long time , very unprofessional. The three running the place the evening were working well together. They displayed a lot of teamwork and were constantly getting those orders out to customers. The pizza was delicious. I had stuffed crust and I like the parmesan butter around the crust. Kudos to that the workers especially the young lady who knows how to lead!

Dislocation is in a strip mall so the atmosphere is neither here nor there. However, the pizza was well made and they definitely did not skimp on the ingredients. I’ll probably be back to this location in the future.

I had been avoiding this store from all the bad reviews and even went 15 min out of my way to get the New Carrollton store instead. This is my delivery store though and I decided to finally give them a chance. Overall it was good. Delivery was also within a reasonable time. Only downside was it was a bit overcooked. Also extra all the cheeses came out to like 1.2x instead of 2x. It was during the 50% off promo, so they might have been running low from people buying extra. Edit: Got another 50% off and came with all the cheese wanted.

We talked to Tony. He was taking our order and he fully placed it. He also charged our card the full amount. Keep in mind he knew where we wanted to deliver the food before he charged the card and before he finished placing the order. He even repeated the area we wanted it delivered before continuing to charge the card. Then 20-25 minutes after he said they couldn’t deliver it here because of the manager having to “make choices”. Now we have to wait on the money to come back into the account(Which won’t be tonight) for something we didn’t receive. If we knew they couldn’t deliver, we wouldn’t have ordered and let them charge us.

This location didn’t deliver pizza to the Fairmount Heights community event on Halloween at the prescribed time. It arrived 2 hours late with no explanation. The pizza was to arrive at 6:30pm, it arrived at approximately 8:30pm for an event that concluded at 9pm.
It’s a shame that prior to the arrival the towns Mayor went to the Seat Pleasant location to pick up the pizza only to have the manager state the pizza was out for delivery.
This location may NOT be a wise choice if you’re under time constraints.
