This Domino’s location is a bit of a disgrace. Tonight we ordered and specified NO GARLIC OIL on any of the pizzas. My nephew has an allergy to garlic. Luckly, we checked the pizzas before leaving because all of them had garlic and had to be remade. So, we went out to the car to wait for them to get made. Twenty minutes later we come back in and one of the gentlemen, who seemed to be the manager since he took responsibility, informed us that the pizzas needed to be remade because they had garlic on them again! This time we waited in store for the pizzas to be made. The gentleman we dealt with, personally oversaw and watched the third set of pizzas being made. While this was taking place, one of the other young men that were working in the store, kept chuckling over the explicit instructions for no garlic. To this taller young man with glasses, laughing over this request, hopefully you are reminded to be humble life.

Without fail they forget something every order (cheese, pepperoni…manners). I only eat here out of convenience because there’s literally no other options on this side of town that delivers…and even then it has to be an emergency. This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life thanks to Josh the “so called manager”. I really wish the CEO of Dominos, Chef Ramsey or anybody for that matter could come out and teach them how to do food and customers the right way…this place is such a waste of space, time, money, food and energy. If you live in this area and customer service AND your order being correct is important to you, I would suggest going to the one in LaPlata..because this Bryans Road location is not it! They don’t even deserve one star but in order to post one is a minimum.

I was really dissatisfied with the food I got from this place tonight. I’d have to say this is by far the worst food I’ve gotten from a dominos restaurant. The food was messy and handled very poorly. Truly a waste of money and I won’t be eating here again after this experience. This place needs either new management or to be closed because I don’t understand how you can settle for such low standards.

From the looks of the last few months, this store has been doing horrible. They are. Today I ordered contactless delivery. As I was not home to greet the driver like I normally would. Upon delivery, received a phone call from my son, and the voice on the other side was the delivery driver requesting that I leave a tip because I didn’t on the app. I was at work so I honestly forgot to leave the tip. I always tip. ALWAYS. I’m trying the figure out why didn’t the driver call me and why am I talking to him through my sons phone. So I leave a tip, then call the store to express my concern….which was the driver contacting me on my sons phone and not his, AFTER choosing contactless delivery. I called the store only to be greeted by a rude manager that assumed that I was upset about the tip. I was not upset about the tip. He then proceeds to say “the lack of empathy people have these days”…he’s screaming in the background not even LISTENING to what I’m saying. He then directs me to 1800dominos if I have a complaint. And of course their office is closed. After work I go to the store to properly tip Austin since I wasn’t able to and apologize to the manager for getting irate with him on the phone. I arrive and asked the “manager” who delivered my food so I could leave him a $100 tip, he said Austin would be back in 20-30 minutes. When I asked who the manager was the young man said “Your speaking to him” and then goes back to making pizza and says “I’m listening..”. I apologized to him and told him he wasn’t understanding what I was saying and that it wasn’t about the tip. It was the protocol. It wasn’t followed. The whole time I’m speaking he did not look at me one time and said “I understand” and that was it. I left. He messed up Austin’s tip. Currently This dominos location has no customer service skills and it shows. From the manager to the employees. The number 1 way for ANY business to thrive is through customer service. I’m disappointed and did contact corporate. And no I do not want any free pizza.

If I could give a negative star I would, this place is nasty, the lady making the pizza did not have any gloves on, she was handling the dough and putting the toppings with bare hands, then she wiped her nose with the back of her hand and continued touching the pizza.. SO UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING

Today was disappointing. The pizza was just warm and it had way too much sauce. It upset my stomach. I ordered a sandwich, which was hot in spots and warm in others. But what was most concerning is that the sandwich was not sliced in two … but rather it appears to be torn apart. I have never seen that before. It’s a new one. The food is usually REALLY good. And the potential to be great is there. My food arrived 45 minutes after my order, and about 30 minutes after I received the text it was on the way. That 30 minutes may explain why every time we order a pizza delivery, it is never hot. They need to invest in a hotbox that plugs into a cigarette lighter and will keep all the food, especially the pizza, HOT!

I specifically went here for gluten free pizza. They do have it which is great however it only comes in one size. When you order it you should customize it. Due to the nature of the crust the pizza could have too much sauce. If ordered again I’d reduce cook time if possible as well. Overall it was decent and quick for someone with a grain allergy but not necessarily celiac safe due to possible cross contamination. I’d order again!
