While the staff appear to work well together. My family and I order here every Friday or Saturday. We stopped ordering from them for the past couple weeks because the quality was simply getting worse. We would ask for no garlic on thr crust and still get it. But last night we ordered pizza for kids and it look like it had been sitting around all day and it was cold. We called and no one answered. My boyfriend said he would take it back. But we ended up having to grab the kids food from MCD. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

The customer service at this location is top tier will be back again. The manager and the employees are customer service highly trained. I ordered online and had no wait at all. Food was hot and tasted amazing

This location 2215 Crain hwy Waldorf, MD 20601, has nasty disrespectful employees. The manager/ owner Rasheed is very unprofessional and rude. I bought two mediums pizzas and the they both only had two toppings on them and they were very little on each pizza. I ordered chicken and bacon on one and pepperoni and sausage on the other one. They toppings looked old and were very try. The chicken was cut into tiny pieces and didn’t even cover every slice of pizza. The bacon was under cooked and looked like they only used one slice. The pepperoni was half on each slice. Sausage was hard and dry and taste horrible. I would never order another pizza from this location or any location after ordering from here. The employee who answered the phone refused to give me his name and the manager was very rude and poor customer service. Telling me that the reason they give small potions on the pizza is because they have to make money. Corporate tells them how much to put on each pizza. That’s why I won’t order from any Dominos location. Please listen to the reviews on here. I didn’t read them first. Everyone is saying basically the same thing about the service and the food. I wished I had read the reviews I could have saved myself money and time and the headache of dealing with rude people. You can tell when a company does not take pride in their customer service or the quality of their food. They don’t take the time respond to your concerns or comments when you leave a review. When you call they don’t try to satisfy you. Hopefully this place won’t be in business too much longer if we don’t support rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and low quality businesses. Times are too hard to put up with this horrible business.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! I made an online order at 4:40pm and I tipped 20% hoping I would get great customer service. The site say delivery is 30-45 minute. At 5:44pm, I opened my door and I see they left the pizza on my porch chair. No one knocked on or rang my door bell. I called to speak with a manager about my experience. She was insensitive, unapologetic, as if she hears this all the time, but was quick to offer to send me another pizza. At 6:23pm, I called back and spoke to another manager only for him to tell me if I file a complaint to corporate it will get redirected back to him. At 7:15pm, the driver rang my doorbell and still dropped the pizza on my porch chair. It took over 2.5 hours to receive a large pizza. INSANE!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business /money where customer service is important to their establishment.

I placed an order and arrived at the time they said it would be early. When I arrived they were locking the door (15 mins early) and completely ignored me when I knocked on the door. My order was paid in FULL online and scheduled for pick up and I arrived at the time my e-mail stated to. He literally turned the lights off and left. Since when should an establishment take it upon them selves to close earlier then the hours stated online? Completely unprofessional and rude. I will be disputing the charge since I never got my food!!! I called and watched him ignore the phone this place is a joke. I’ll be contacting the headquarters. It’s pretty rude to know someone paid for there food & to close earlier then your supposed to just because you want to get home. Ignorance at its finest.

Ordered two orders of chicken wings 1/30/2022. The wings were tiny and fatty. Ate them because we were hungry but we are totally dissatisfied with this order. Called the store but the employee who responded didn’t seem to really care. I was tempted to cancel my credit card payment in protest.
I will never order the chicken wings again.

Tonight was the last night that I will order from this Domino’s. My order specifically said without the garlic seasoning on the crust all three pizzas had it. On top of that the pizza look like it had been sitting out and they just ran it through the oven to warm it. We’re an hour in and 3 of the kids have been saying their stomach is hurting. Last time we ordered same thing and I had to drive to get it remade. They don’t pay attention to detail and don’t care about the quality that they send out. It’s either poor training or the manager simply doesn’t care.

I ordered pizza and placed at the wrong location which was my fault which I’m ok with but when I called to cancel the man had a attitude because I wouldn’t be able to come get the pizza and I was told it was too late and to next time not order from them if I couldn’t pick it up. The attitude was unnecessary and uncalled for they never have to worry about me ordering with them again since they had an attitude. The person attitude was a deal breaker for me they never have to worry about me again
