I placed an order around 8:30pm with the expected delivery time of 30-35 minutes. After about an hour and while i was tracking the order online wondering why the order’s not delivered yet, the tracking feature of the website marked as delivered.
Called the store and they stated the order was mixed up with another order and promised me that my order is going out the door right now and will be delivered within next 5-10 minutes as my house is literally 5 minutes away from this store.
Waited another half an hour and no pizza. Called them again and again and same promises. Eventually the pizza man showed up around 10:35pm (after 2 hours from the time i placed the order). The pizza box with pizza in it was smashed and pizza was cold cold like its been sitting outside for an hour. Called them again and requested a refund. The kid on the phone brought up an excuse that manager is not available and someone will reach out in the morning. Never heard back from them.

I order delivery while having to work late. I was focused and didn’t hear the knock on the door. The delivery driver had to call me and I apologized but he still said a snarky comment even after giving him a tip. I open my buffalo chicken wings to see no sauce at all. I would love to be able to post the photo if someone can tell me how. Order papa John’s instead.

Avoid this store because of fraud and awful customer service. I placed order through mobile using gift card. But the pizza quality was really bad so I asked the store staff to cancel my order and refund. He told me the order was canceled and the refund would go back to gift card automatically. However, it turns out the refund never went back to my gift card or account. They were telling the lies and stole my money! Avoid placing order at this store.

Easy to find and abundant parking available in the area. No place to sit and eat inside the place. Ordering online is easy and the orders get accepted quickly. There are always great deals available if you use app to place the order.
I have observed Weekday pizzas are much better as compared to weekend pizza but the staff on Friday made one of the best pizza I have had from this location. One of the pizza lacked saltiness, maybe the dough had less to begin with. I really want to try some other locations as the quantity of non-veg topping is very less. Cost reduction is very aggressive. In summary, Pizzas are hit and miss.
I usually prefer carry out rather than delivery. Keeps pizza hot and I am also able to check pizza right there in the store if there’s any concern or question with the order. I like how they keep pizza in insulated covers to keep them hot before they are picked up.
Service and friendly staff will make it a good experience.

We ordered two medium pizzas and we accidentally put in the wrong address so I immediately called their store. After I called, a lady picked up the phone and I explained to her what happened. She said that my order was not yet in the oven but she needs to double check. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before she just hung up the phone. Right after this, I called back again and asked why she hung up on me and she put me on hold again for 5-10 minutes and then she said “your pizzas are ready and you have to pick them up I dont know how but you have to pick them up”. I asked her if I can talk to the manager and she said that there is no manager at the store before 6pm and she said that she is the boss right now. There is no way I can pick up my pizzas and I have no idea what to do now. This happened on November 3, around 2:30.

Update on the below review: The manager never contacted me. Only the canned response you see from the establishment is what I received. Dominos clearly doesn’t care when their customers, albeit long time faithful customers, receive a bad product from them. That’s the message as I understand it.
We ordered 5 pizzas for pick up. We’ve been loyal customers for many years. Today when we arrived home with our pizzas, they were over cooked on top. The crust and cheese were charred/burnt. All of us (3 families) agreed that we received sub-par pizza. We drove back to Domino’s as we felt they needed to know what they had baked for us and we were unhappy. Upon arrival at the Elden Street Herndon Domino’s, the manager was extremely rude to us stating, “That’s how we make them.” He did offer to replace one of them. But then said about the other pizzas, “ I don’t want to hear your story. Have a nice day.” The behavior of the manager and his response was worse than the pizzas. I can say without a doubt that today, the Dominos on Elden Street in Herndon lost multiple faithful customers. We will never order from here again.

Consistently one hour late when you order. Their drivers don’t know how to use a map? I watch them drive in circles, take the long backroads, and frankly not leave their restaurant with deliveries until the last second. It’s ridiculous that this is a consistent practice I’ve seen. And their drivers are NOT friendly. After making you wait an hour. He’ll pull up and just hand you the food, no eye contact and he’s off. Youd think if he’s so careless, he could deliver more timely

Ordered on the app said 44 mins, then said my order was delivered after waiting 30 mins to see if it was a accident or mistake when I called the girl said it’ll be there in 7 mins.
