I recently ordered from Domino’s and have mixed feelings about the experience. The pizza itself was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor—exactly what I was hoping for.
However, the customer service left something to be desired. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive, which made the ordering process less smooth than expected. A bit more professionalism and friendliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
Despite this, I’ll definitely order again because the quality of the pizza was outstanding. I hope the service improves in the future to match the excellent food.

Domino’s just gave me the worst experience. They canceled my order claiming “road conditions,” but it isn’t snowing and the roads have been clear for over 12 hours. I called the store and was told the manager was out on a delivery farther away than my address—so the explanation doesn’t add up.
This feels like a complete lapse in customer service and reliability. If they’re canceling orders for made-up reasons, it makes me question how seriously they take everything else, including basic food-safety standards. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I recently went to this store stating and asked for a refund. A manager couldn’t do a refund for an online order I placed previously. In a polite way said if I want a clean- cut pizza, due to religious reasons. Then do a cheese pizza, and all Domino’s stores will have pork mixed in, weather with preparation or cooking. Domino’s will no longer be a choice for pizza.

Best Domino’s in the area!! Best one I’ve ever been too! Whenever I’m in the mood for pizza, this Dominos NEVER lets me down! I’ve never not gotten a quality, well-made, great tasting pizza from this location!! It’s clear that they have a great owner and great structure because not only is the food always top notch, the employees are always friendly and welcoming, which makes sense why the food is always great! It may be a small thing, but I’ve never walked in this store and not been welcomed by the employees. Just all around amazing experience, EVERY TIME!!

Service is good but it feels like someone wanted to be a SCROUGE with the toppings. If I order a pepperoni pizza I get a pizza WITH pepperonis EVERYWHERE. When I order a Bacon pizza there is almost never any bacon. For context the picture attached is supposed to be a large bacon pizza. Epic fail with quantity of toppings.

I’ve ordered here for the past 2 years and the pizzas are solid. Very few times has the pizza ever arrived even slightly wrong. Maybe they skimp on a topping or over/under sauce once or teice over our last… Maybe 30 pizzas over the years?

While visiting this country, I wanted to eat Domino’s pizza, but it seems to me that the recruitment office for staff they forget what it is to select the staff for a presentation and image, Domino’s is present in many countries and had the opportunity to buy in other countries but today I saw some small details that I leave thoughtfully, if I present a claim for a hair in my meal I think they will not take any importance

I always have great delivery service every time I order here. The pizza is delicious but what bothers me is that I’ve had very long black curly hair in my pizza and the employee with huge black, long curly hair doesn’t take the time to cover it so that it’s not falling in our food!
At least have your hair pulled back man—it’s gross! Preparing people’s food with that amount of hair all over the place is not what should be happening! Come on management

I am a regular customer at this Domino’s location and order frequently. My only request is for my pizza to be UNCUT, yet they consistently mess it up, causing unnecessary delays. A week ago, I had an especially bad experience. When I followed up on my order, the manager was extremely rude, telling me they were busy and making me wait. After 15 minutes, I checked again, and instead of assisting me, he started yelling. The individual, a chubby white man who identified himself as the manager, was unprofessional, always in a bad mood, and clearly does not know how to treat customers. To make matters worse, I noticed he was handling food without gloves, which is a serious hygiene issue. When I calmly asked him to lower his voice, he instead threatened to block me from ordering—something he actually did. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Domino’s should take action to ensure their staff treats customers with respect and follows proper food safety standards.
