So we order from Domino’s every once in awhile. We have NEVER had a bad experience… but tonight 1/9/26.. I walked in and was a bit worried. We don’t normally order during “busy times”.. but they were busy! The employees, all of them, greeted me.. while busting their butts on orders. I instantly was worried our food wouldn’t be good because of how busy they were! Instead.. I got home and each pizza was perfect and the parm bites were out of this world. While waiting for the people infront of me to get their food.. I watched the kitchen staff running around and constantly doing things. Our orders have always been good.. but tonight it was exceptional. The team deserves a pat on the back!

We’ve been using Dominos in Seaford, DE for years, though I ordered the chicken and carbonara pasta dinner and was very disappointed by the small quantity of chicken carbonara pasta that was fixed. Over cooked and somewhat dry. I will not be ordering this again. I was furious to find that Dominos charges for delivery but that set fee goes to the company and then the employee asks how much tip to u want to give the driver? As far as I know, Dominos doesn’t own or maintain those cars, so why are you double dipping Dominos? Do they have liability or car insurance to protect the company?

Got treated very bad. We called back to explain how our pizza was wrong. Got placed on hold for 12 minutes to get hung up on. Then they explained that they would not accommodate that they did wrong. When you ask for extra sauce and get hardly any. The owner of the store called us a few days later and is trying to make things better.

After waiting 2 hours. I found multiple hairs in my sandwich. I’m highly allergic to mushrooms so I ordered a sausage pasta. I was given mushrooms onions and spinach pasta. Wtf & they don’t care at all. 8 months pregnant & all I wanted was a craving I had all day.

There’s always new people working in there and I probably order maybe once a month. This time when I went in I was told my order wasn’t ready but the app said it was. ♀️ I got my order checked it while there because it didn’t have the normal labeling. They gave me a pepperoni pizza when I ordered just left side with pepperoni. I waited then I just left there was 4 other people waiting already. I got home the cheesesteak wasn’t good and then that pepperoni pizza must have been a thin crust it was so soggy from grease. Disgusting. It’ll be a while before I go back.

My lovely hand tossed pizza. The second one they had to make me because the toppings weren’t right on the first one. COULD YOU SPARE SOME DOUGH? Last time I checked I didn’t order thin crust. Worst location to order from. My order is always messed up in some way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could give negative stars I would.
