I love Domino’s and usually pleased with my order but this last order Feburary 10, the store was out of salad. I had ordered two salads with 2 orders of BBQ chicken wings and a pizza and 4 pack sodas. I did not get two salads and did not get a refund for the two salads. Ordered 2/13/25… THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Pizza was not cut properly (had to use my own pie cutter), wings weren’t even covered with the bbq sauce. It was just drizzled on! The pizza also was super GREASY! This dominos clearly doesn’t care about QUALITY food and it shows! Just there for a pay check. PATHETIC

This place is horrible. Absolutely no customer service at all. They are super slow. I could of ordered a pizza from the dover location and still would have gotten it quicker then ordering here. Literally waited an hour and half for a damn pizza. Never again

I think his name is Steve, he is always so nice to me and my boyfriend when we come in. He even holds the door for you! The rest of the employees are nice but you can tell Steve takes pride in his job!!

Somehow my on line order didn’t go thru. But the staff hustled and got my pizza out quickly. They assumed responsibility to make it right instead of blaming the customer. Technology is great when it works but superior customer service is timeless. The staff were all smiles and willing to help. Domino’s should be proud of this team.
