I’ve had enough with the terrible experiences at Domino’s. The food is consistently awful—undercooked/overcooked pizzas with holes in them, burnt wings , The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich has marinara sauce on it like it’s apart of the recipe and the quality is consistently just going downhill. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple disappointing orders, it’s clear that this location does not care about its customers. Such a joke talking about quality inspectors…….WHERE?????
To make matters worse, I’ve called several times asking to speak with a manager, only to be told that there isn’t one available every single time. This lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. How is it that a major chain like Domino’s can run a store without a manager on duty? It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to resolve an issue and there’s no one who can help.
The service here is just as bad as the food. The staff seems unbothered by complaints, and the level of indifference is astonishing. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s ever again and strongly advise others to avoid them and this location specifically as well. There are plenty of other pizza places that value their customers—Dominos clearly does not

My food went from in the oven to delivered. I tried to call the store to see if my food was on the way, sat on the phone for 15 minutes cuz no one would pick up the phone. Very disappointed. Not hard to pick up the phone.

I ordered food from here a couple of days ago. Not only did I find out that points I had accumulated over the past year had come to expire because of “insufficient use”. Which is completely ridiculous. But then the food I did order was undercooked and just barely edible. The dough was so floury and mushy and just.. oh boy. There was hardly any sauce on the Chicken Alfredo, plus a huge spoonful of it had been either taken out or eaten lol who knows.
My husband order a flat white pizza with ham and olives, but the pizza was so hard it was more like a saltine then a flat bread pizza.
I hope that this location improves because it never used to be this bad. The food actually USED to be pretty good.
It’s a shame. Hope to improve this review in the future if I ever eat from here again. But it certainly won’t be on my dime again, not for a good while anyway.

Friendly staff no doubt. However, it’s irritating that this location does not accept $50 dollar bills. And they rarely have enough change so if you visit this location just be sure you aren’t paying with cash to avoid delays.

Somehow when they put sauce on the wings they missed the wings, but the box was coated. Pizza was burnt, no sauce. Was like bitting into burnt cardboard with cheese on it. I hate having to waste food but we had to throw away 2 whole pizzas and had to spend money elsewhere because domino’s won’t refund money only give out credits. I don’t even plan on using those credits because I rather go somewhere I can actually get edible pizza.

NEGATIVE STARS. Forget A single star rating, if I could I would have given this location a negative 5 star rating. If I was the owner of this franchise location I’d really read the reviews and try to make some improvements. I wouldn’t want the complaints to reach the corporate office. I ordered a large 14″ pizza and paid extra for the pineapple topping. Paid a total of $31.05 including a delivery fee. PLUS I gave the delivery guy a $5 CASH. Guess what, there’s NO FREAKIN PINEAPPLE!!!! POOR SERVICE. Lack of attention to the detail. The corporate really needs to read the reviews, listen to the complaints of the customers about this location and may be shut it down.

Ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms & provolone cheese. There’s almost no meat, a few mushrooms on my sandwich & ALMOST NO CHEESE. Called the store and whoever answered basically argued with me that there apparently was cheese & mushrooms, & then was like “well maybe it’s missing a slice of cheese but is it that serious?” Like what???? Horrible customer service.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. I asked for Steak on my pizza. This is what I got! See pic! The pizza taste was good. The steak, God knows. Nowhere near enough to even taste it! I’m glad I didn’t order it with company here. The stuffed bread was very good, though.
