I’ve been to this location several times and normally I just have an okay experience. Tonight I stopped in to pick up my online order and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The guy behind the counter was very personable and made this visit stand out compared to any time before. The girl who closed out my order was welcoming as well.

Absolutely appalling. Dead fly was cooked into our pizza. I called and requested a remake in more sanitary conditions and was told by the manager that a. they can’t help the bugs because they need the back door open and b. corporate is aware of the bug issue. Great look for the company. Shocking and disgusting that they’re open if they can’t keep bugs out of their food and maintain basic food safety standards.

I order online. First the website wouldn’t allow me to make a delivery order if i didn’t order food that wasn’t under 25 dollars. Ive order from domino’s online before and this has never happened. I ordered my food around 8:45-8:55 and the website said that my order was being checked by 9:15 and I go a message saying that the Delivery driver was on his way some minutes before that. My Order Did Not Come To My House Until It Was Passed 10 … 10:21 to be exact. Domino’s is at the very most 13 mins away from my house. My food wasn’t fresh and my chicken still had some pink. It is not worth anyone’s money to order from this place at all if u want domino’s got somewhere else or choose a different spot.

My order included sauces and others that I paid for. Never received them when my order was delivered,and because roommate grabbed the order while I had to run back inside because the driver didn’t have change, or enough change ($10), I didn’t realize it until the driver was gone. After listening to irritating, repeating automated message for literally almost 20 mins, someone FINALLY picked up the phone. I’m surprised this location is able to stay in business when it takes almost 20mins for someone to pick up the phone, and most of the time you can’t even get delivery service because they don’t have drivers after 6pm. My food is cold now because I eat with the sauces, because I prefer it,and ordered and paid for it. Didn’t even get the included icing for the cinnamon twists. Obviously, quality check wasn’t completed. Customer’s get the privilege of a 20min phone waiting time, order not correct and cold food after paying $10 in delivery fees on a $20 order. It’s ridiculous to be charged 50%, on an order.. I absolutely should’ve went with Papa John’s and I will NOT make the same mistake twice that’s for sure!

After hearing about dominos for a while, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. We placed an order for a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and the lava cakes for dessert. It was only about a 30 minute wait before our order was ready. The price was decent, but the food was not. The cheesy bread and lava cakes were good, but the pizza was pretty horrible. There are so many good places to get a pizza from in Buffalo, I don’t know why anyone would choose here. Overall, I probably would not return.

Disturbingly bad, the only reason why this got a single star is because i had to give one to write this review. My friend and I ordered a pizza online and it was immediately canceled, we tried to call in, and they didn’t pick up. We drove up to the store it was open and customers were inside along with staff. We would have walked In but I highly doubt we’d get served anything other then an attitude and poor service.

Ordered a pizza on 1/22 the Special was a 5 toppings lrg pizza. My husband opened up the lg pizza and NO TOPPINGS! He asked if toppings could be put on and run back through pizza was doughy or have toppings to take was told NO! Then asked for refund was told NO! NEVER will order again! He hung up after taking my order and just told me special!! Ignorant service!
