Man, how the mighty have fallen. What can I even say? This pizza is just pathetic. Probably the worst Domino’s I’ve had in 40 years. I used to manage a Domino’s in Newark back in the ’80s. We would never have let something like this leave the store, no matter how busy we were. There’s barely any cheese, and the toppings are all dry. Plus, it was cut terribly. Never again. I’m done.

If this location could earn zero stars, it would be in the negatives by now. The only plus side to this location has been the manager Jamie. I placed a mass order on 12/20 for my job, not able to pick a delivery location to put my order into, and the mishandled my drinks and a buffalo chicken pie had no sauce. Fine, grace given considering a few days before xmas. I decided to call in my merchandise credit given by Jamie on my phone number. Tonight I decided to use that credit. I am being told it has to be used for carryout only, not delivery (how the previous order was given). Fine. I place an online order for additional items. The pizzas were cold, fine. He dropped it outside my door with no knock. OK. The credit pizza order was taken by whomever was in charge. The pizza “looks” like it was well made. It was soaked with all of 7 pieces of chicken and hot sauce with no tomato sauce. A pizza with no tomato sauce, meanwhile I asked for extra tomato over the phone. The boy who took my order, I believe named tuoh?, yeah no. Rude as he’ll, would talk back, cut me off, misquoting what I am saying. At no point is anyone there deserving of a tip when no amount of extra funds will insure proper service. When asked to have Jamie reach out to me, they keep repeating that I have utilized the merchandise credit. More like wasted it. I am more willing to go in with a 3 day old.pizza pie to prove a point than be gaslit by someone who has no concept of customer service. I have worked retail for over a decade. Human error I can understand, weaponized incompetence especially when someone is hungry is not forgivable. I asked for a partial refund for the pie on the 20th. And they gave me a credit instead. Folks, ask for your money back.

Wings were cold, flabby and dry. Supreme pan pizza was cold and wet – the little bit of cheese that WAS THERE wasn’t even melted. Only giving the one star because of the NY style pizza which was actually warm (not hot) but still tasty. Will not order from here again.

Very disappointing. Took an hour. Ordered 2 salads and some pizza. Only one salad was with the order and it was in the bag with the pizzas for the 35 minutes that it was in “delivery” status so it was completely wilted. Called to ask for a refund of the missing items instead of waiting another hour and was told no but they could credit my account for later for that item. I told him to just send them now then. It’s been 30 more minutes and I’m still waiting. The man on the phone was extremely rude. The pizza was cold and completely stuck to the box and peeled the whole pizza apart. We literally had to scrape it up with a spatula and eat it with forks because it did not even resemble a slice of pizza.

Buyer beware!!!!If you want instant but unpredictable stomach cleansing eat here. I got sick as soon as I ate a few slices of the pizza and the sausage pasta. I tried to notify the store and the woman who worked on Saturday night asked me to call back on Sunday at 1145 am to talk to the General Manager. I CALLED ON Sunday at 1150am and the same voice told me to call back again at 4pm today. If you want to eat poorly kept food and uncooked food,take your chances! Thank God I did not have to go to the hospital since I was visiting someone. Be very careful. Very sad and I will never order there again. I have not had Dominos pizza in years..Now I know.why….

I don’t usually leave reviews but my driver deserves one. I ordered online and received my order at a reasonable time. it was very hot like I just took it out the oven myself. The delivery girl I believe her name was Allen was so nice to me and it is easy to tell how much she enjoys her job. That might have been the best customer service I’ve encountered
