There’s no cheese on this pizza, the dough was just that raw. When we called to ask for a replacement they argued with us, no apology or anything. Brought us another pizza but it was way more difficult than it should have been for a completely raw pizza. Tried to eat it. Could make people sick! Would avoid this location!

This has always been our go to location seeing as it’s right down the street from our house. However, we will no longer be purchasing from any Dominos locations. After ordering $50 in food, we received our lava cakes cut up, mangled and what looks to be thrown into the box. Don’t waste your time.

The worst experience, just spoke to the night manager because this is what we got when we ordered double cheese pizzas (which are a step above extra cheese, and TWO steps above regular cheese). I called him to complain about the issue and tell him that all 3 pies were wrong, he said “well I’m sorry you feel like that but there’s nothing I can do”! Absolutely worst customer service, absolute worst domino’s we have ever had. Also when I picked up the pizza, ALL DOMINO’S always have plates etc, this location says they’ve never had plates or napkins!

We used to order from the Domino’s on Perkiomen Avenue but their pizzas have gotten so bad, we gave up on them. When we saw that Domino’s came out with the stuffed crust pizza we wanted to try it so we decided to order from the Douglassville location, even though it was farther from home.
We ordered the stuffed crust with Pepperoni and Extra Cheese. What a disappointment. There was barely any sauce on the pizza and it certainly didn’t have extra cheese because you could see the dough on the top. The pizza was dry and overcooked. It looked and tasted like it sat in the refrigerator in the box for 3-4 days.

I ordered pizza and cheesy bread, 2 marinara cups and 2 blue cheese cups. from the Douglassville location. When the food arrived, The cheesy bread had spinach in it and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The driver handed me 2 ranch cups, I told him I ordered blue cheese and marinara. He told me they were out of both and said the store would credit my order back with the money. I called the store and they told me there were no refunds and if I wanted a credit I would have to call another day when I ordered and tell them to credit me for the missing items?!?!?! How is this a way of doing business? Neve again. The standards of this store have fell dramatically.

The food is decent but the service is awful. They constantly forget stuff. Last 2x, I paid for extra dipping sauces and didn’t receive any. The first time, they were helpful… 2nd time, not at all and the kid gave me attitude. Technically, they still owe me $$. I will not use this dominos again.

The stuff crust is beyond amazing! Way better than I’ve had anywhere else. Basically a garlic bread, mozzarella jam packed crust that I could not stop eating. Nicely done!
