Ordered a half plain/half Philly steak pizza. Came with horrible quality and completely burnt. If there was meat even on there it was burnt completely into the cheese. Had to throw the entire pizza away

Food is always fine just and average Dominos Pizza. The service was fine till the delivery guy came, his name is Ahmed. He was so rude because I gave no tip and was like “I drove here” and whatever, so I gave him 4 bucks to shut him up because arguing with him wasnt worth it. He definitely did not deserve those 4 bucks. I shouldn’t have to give you a tip, its not required. Especially to rude guys like Ahmed. Treat those the way you want to be treated.

I had ordered for delivery from this location.
I had asked for the delivery to be dropped off at the home.
The driver called me telling me he was at my place or near it. He was in the back of the apartment and I went out in the cold to meet with him (which was fine, but I would have preferred not to go out in the cold)
I had ordered a large 2 L diet Coke, but they had delivered regular. And when I mentioned this point to the driver he said he doesn’t have it and started advising me, it’s fine to have it, drink less of it, regular soda is completely fine as if trying to convince me even though they messed up.
I declined to take the Regular coke and as I was walking away he finally asked if he should go get the correct drink.
I declined for a few reasons mainly it would take time and I was hungry, his tone put me off, I felt he was asking bregudgingly, hoping I would say no and I was entitled as I should have just take the Regular coke.
I am fine with mistakes being made and it has happened before, but they could have just accepted they made a mistake.
The quality of the pizza was also a bit worse than I remember. I have had pizza from this place before, but I do feel the quality of the place has gone down.

We ordered food from this location for many years. However, in the past few months, the pizza and pasta we ordered were quite terrible. We thought they mistakenly forgot the Alfredo sauce for the chicken carbonara pasta in our last order but it happened again this time. The pizzas were overly baked even though we specified “normal”. I guess the food quality control is totally out of the equation now when the performance measurements emphasize so much on expedience and on time completion.

Ordered delivery of the same thing I always do, a chicken alfredo pan pizza. When I received it, it looked like a terrible falling apart mess. I posted a picture. It was poorly made the last time I ordered but thought I would try one more time. That was a mistake because against my better judgment, I tried to eat it anyway even though it looked much worse then last time. I could only eat some of it, but even that was enough to make me sick and in the bathroom the rest of the night into the next day. I contacted the store for them to make it right, and all that was offered was a coupon on my future order… Not sure what is happening with this company but I won’t be ordering again and I would advise others not to either.

I ordered specialty’s pizza in 575 W Uwchlan Ave Exton and it looks so bad nobody can eat it from my family I will put a picture for it the day I orderd the only one running the store a young girl by herself and I asked for a manger no body there something wrong it not like what we got before it’s burning and she pour a bottle of hot sauce in the top I am so disappointed not recommend to anyone to go there
