I looked to see if I was alone before I even left a review.. because I have ordered from this dominos at least 5 times enough for them to know I tip well I’m pleasant and always pay for my order. Even though several times the meal was not cooked all the way I ordered from the the hotel and I work at a hotel and retrieve my order at front desk 5 times out of four.. I ordered tonight and it was a simple miscommunication. But they brought it to a room instead of the front desk even though I told them were I was when I ordered. I received a phone call from an Arizona number and did not answer. It was dominos they had went to a vacay by room instead and then left my irder at the front door. The person at the dominos expected me to go get it instead of replacing it. I asked him to replace it and he made it seem like it was my fault for not answering my phone. A simple communication error could have just been better handled without an attitude . Still an hour after second call I have not received my order. I will not be ordering again.

My brother ordered a pizza and picked it up. Once he got home , as he was about to eat it we found hair in the pizza . It looked like an eyelash or beard hair . I told him to call the store and he did. The associate told him to come back and get another pizza. Once he got there, someone else (I’m guessing the manager) told him he had to bring the pizza back but he already threw pizza in the trash. A simple solution could have been a new hairless pizza and a happy customer.

I Rarely ever leave reviews for restaurants but this one I could not leave out. This is by far the Worst dominoes I have ever dealt with. On top of them being late over an hour, they’re driver didn’t speak a lick of English and was from turkey. I speak 4 languages but Turkish is not one of them. He Could not find my residence nor was he able to communicate with me to let me know where exactly he was. After calling and speaking with the store manager and informing him of the situation and wanting a refund, he has the audacity to say I’ll see what I can. Stay away and do not place any orders with this location.

This Hass to be the worst managed Domino’s Pizza ever I ordered pizza last week it took over an hour and the guy didn’t deliver the pizza even though the pizza tracker said he was on the way he wind up going home with my Pizza and another lady‘s order had to wait till past 12 o’clock for the manager to bring me my order and promised me a free complementary order next time I call I just called and the guy on the phone said sorry you’re a got your food I can’t give you anything for free. Order from your local pizza shop and not this Domino’s.

So from their promotional picture of the garlic knots to what I got .. my fiance only likes their garlic knots because they’re usually pretty good but I’m better off just throwing these out before she finds them …I feel like everytime I order any deals to save money, they save their efforts. The hand made pan pizza I ordered I could only imagine it being really, really good because it wasn’t to bad cold when it got here had to reheat it. Pizza sucks reheated.

I don’t really like to post 5 stars on only a few points, but hopefully this will encourage the establishment to do more and continue to improve the service. I had ordered 10 medium pizzas over an hour before I need them since the last time I ordered 2 medium pizzas, it took about an hour, regardless of what the app said. After an errand, I was about to call and check in to see if they received the order, but Luis called and told me they were ready!!! I picked them all up and sure enough, they were hot and ready! Maybe it was just ordering earlier than usual (I think before 11AM), but only seeing one person in the store and having my pizzas ready made the day great!

I ordered from here online on April 10th @ 6:04. Tracked my order on the Domino’s pizza tracker. It said Rodney is making your order. At 6:22 Rodney had checked our order for perfection. At 6:40 Rodney was still checking our order for perfection. At 6:41 I called Dominos to find out what’s going on with our order. No answer. Called numerous times and no answer. Thought maybe if my wife calls they’ll answer. Nope just a voicemail that was filled up, so you couldn’t leave a message. I was told they don’t give refunds only credit. Well I don’t want a credit, I want my money back. Here we are on April 15th after going to the store, calling and emailing corporate, I went as far as calling Warminster Dominos who were very apologetic. Still waiting for my $23.28 refund. I know it’s not much but to be screwed like this, I’ll fight for it. We did end up ordering from In & Out on York and Mill rd which was great. I should have followed my gut instead of my wife’s hunger for a horrible establishment. Never again. I’ll stick with the mom and pop pizzerias. I had to edit this because I forgot about the phone. If you call any other Dominos you get the uniformed Brand greeting giving you the new deals and everything else. This Dominos number I swear is connected to someone’s cellphone.
