We’ve been using this location for a few years now. Everything used to be great but our last two orders have changed our opinion. The last two orders (two pies each time) have been bone dry and chewy. We even ordered extra sauce after the first dry pizza order and it was still dry. We sent a complaint email directly to the company as there was no way at all to report our issue to the store itself, but we have yet to receive a response.

This store is getting worse by the minute. The food quality is terrible and the delivery is abysmal. It takes so long for an order to leave the store, and then takes so long to get to the house, that the food is cold when it arrives. And I mean cold, not cool, not warm. Hard, congealed and cold. It’s too bad because it didn’t used to be this way. There are plenty of other quality pizza shops in the area, I suggest using one of those.

Easily one of the worst dominoes I’ve picked up a pizza from.
1) Nobody uses gloves to make the pizza
2) The app said it was ready, when I went inside, the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet.
3) They got all the toppings wrong and forgot one of them
4) They are slow.
5) Pizza didn’t taste good.

Ordered a pizza and it took three hours. The pizza was cold when it got here. No one would answer the store phone. The corporate number was no help/answer. We were unable to reach anyone about cancelling or a refund. We finally did a chargeback.

Only reason I gave this 2 stars is cause the app gave me my points back. Delivery always goes to the apartment complex next door and the guy who delivered my pizza doesn’t have a brain to be placing heavy objects on top of an already fragile box. We even tipped for this nonsense. The olives tasted old as well. Please do better Brookhaven Dominos.

So we’re completely new to the area and this is our first impression of this place. We ordered our pizza at 10:07pm on a Sunday night for delivery, mind you we live 3 miles away. An hour goes by (11:07pm), I call, and they tell me the driver is 7 minutes away. It’s now 11:40pm. The delivery driver bangs on our door, yelling “dominos delivery pizza”, throws it on our porch (we asked to leave at the door), and as he leaves he lays on his horn. Our food is cold, all we ordered was a large pizza. What a joke lmfao. Never ordering from here again, left so quickly, we couldn’t give him his cash tip but no tip well deserved.

I’m used to this location never having take out orders ready when the app says it’s ready so I arrived about 10 minutes after the order was marked as ready and waited another 15 before any workers even acknowledged I was there. During this time the 40-50 year old woman cutting the pizzas was extremely rude to the staff and was quite literally growling like a dog which obviously made it very uncomfortable as a customer. When I was helped it was by a very kind girl with colored grown out hair who was making the pizzas, she was the only person who had a hint of customer service in that store. There is clearly a problem with the management or lack there of. Anyways don’t come here if you want to leave with your food on time or still in a good mood. You could not pay me enough to be in the same room as the lady growling again, ESPECIALLY not with a pizza cutter.

I ordered a custom pizza that included chicken. After I paid, They waited until they made the entire pizza to tell me there is no chicken anymore at Domino’s, they offered to change the ingredient but I don’t wanted it anymore. The manager made it sound like it was my fault they didn’t tell me they didn’t have chicken beforehand. She had a hostile tone and asked me what other ingredient I wanted to replace the chicken when I wasn’t comfortable with the order anymore, on top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Plus the manager was screaming at one of the workers multiple times in front of the customers. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever been in, and I order often from Domino’s, I think that’s about to change.
