I ordered a pizza the other day driver couldn’t find the house and just gave up without letting me know. 2 hours after ordering I finally called in and spoke to 2 different people trying to cancel and get a refund they both said it was processed as a refund so I trusted them. sure enough it was NOT cancelled worst pizza experience ever and I will NEVER use this location again. Truly embarrassing customer service.

I ordered Friday night around 7:30 PM for pickup. My order was ready within 15 min of me ordering on the website. The facility was clean and the people greeting me were so nice and friendly! When I picked up my order, I double checked that everything was correct (I’ve been burned by Papa Johns before…). The one person noticed this and asked me if everything was prepared according to the order, which I appreciated. Payment was really easy and fast. The food was really good too, we got two pizzas and wings which really hit the spot. Sad that this location has so many poor reviews but I will definitely come back soon!

What a joke. One staff member working on a Thurs night. Waited 30 min for two large pizzas, only to be told a driver took one of them. So, after an hour from the time a placed my order, I only leave with half my order. Tracker etc are all BS. My tracker says my order is still baking.

45 minutes after placing my order, the tracker said it was done so we walked in to pick up our order. It wasn’t ready, we were told one of the pizzas was still in the oven. Told that repeatedly. Finally, 20 minutes later we left with what we hoped was our correct order. Nope. Of 3 Pizzas, only one was made correctly. COLD Pepperoni had been tossed on the pizza after it had been baked AND CUT (see photo). It was missing it’s other toppings. Two pizzas were totally cold, the third was made with the wrong sauce and the crust was soggy and coming apart. When we tried to call the store back to rectify the situation, they never answered the phone (after 36 minutes of being on hold we have) and now the app says they aren’t open for carryout anymore. Clearly, they are not equipped to be the only things for which domino’s has ever been good: consistency and speed. Failure on both counts. I will never order Dominos again. What was I thinking???

Ordered from this dominos for delivery and gave my address to them. Then I was told that the pizza it would be arriving in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes the driver calls me and tells me I’m too far from him and cancelled my order and I’m 2.5 miles from the pizza shop.

Today we ordered two pizzas with different toppings and one cheese bread .But we got pizzas with same toppings on them and the cheese bread is not sliced.we called domino’s and they said to pick up the right pizza and keep the wrong toppings pizza with us ,even though they made it right we have to travel twice to pick up our order that’s so disappointing ,& wasting time .

The place IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE … SOO NOT ORDER FROM HERE… I do not know why my family continued to order from them because we’ve had multiple problems… but this time was the worst .. Took 2 and half hours to come, they would not answer phone , FOOD WAS BURNT COLD AND THE ALFREDO HAD NEXT TO NO SAUCE WITH THE SMALLEST PROPORTIONS I’VE EVER SEEN IN THAT SIZE TIN… This is my FIRST TIME ever writing a review in my life ….
