Ordered food through the app. Delivery driver ran up to the price and threw my food down if I didn’t have a camera to capture it I wouldn’t have known my food was here. When I called the store the person claiming to be the manager absolutely refused to give me his name. No wonder why what was once a great pizza spot has went to hell. The customer service from this place is a joke and absolute joke. Don’t go here go to a mom or pops spot you’re better off where they care.

Love the larger location of the Domino’s in Souderton. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have my order ready n waiting. Love the chalkboard they have on the wall it has little hellos and sayings people have written while there. It has a very comfortable seating area and you can watch the staff Prepare your food. They have a few flat screen TV shows also. It was a nice upgrade from the small location they were at prior.

I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s. The pizza they gave me looked awful — I honestly don’t even know what they put on it. It looked like mud. When I went back to the store, the staff treated me badly and refused to refund me. One of the employees even claimed that they didn’t make the pizza and said I brought it from somewhere else, which was completely disrespectful and untrue. This was unacceptable, and I’m very disappointed with their service.

Not the worst when sitting in but it’s not the most comfortable in my opinion but my issue is with delivery orders, 3 separate occasions, 1st time forgot the actual pizza and through his hands in the air and said “this is what they gave me” so I drive over and ask and they said they threw it out cus it sat for too long, it was literally 7min from when the order was placed, 2nd the driver literally ignored my fiance when we tried to explain our weird address, took an extra 25min(we’re literally 7min down the road), he went to souderton, he went to reliance court, literally drove past my house twice(was standing on the porch waiting since I have dogs), and 3 rd the delivery guy was great but the pizza was cut with rounded lines instead of straight so I have a slice that almost a quarter of the pizza and quarter of the was slices so small you’d think they came from one of those frozen ones from the store, I gave 3 chances and it’s just not worth ordering from here, I’ll drive and pick it up from Hatfield or lansdale

Had a horrible delivery experience. Driver was rude and nasty. Called the store and he agreed that it was not acceptable. But he was very rude to me as well and told me that I am a terrible customer for being upset with my experience. He also hung up on me.

Ordered delivery today from the Souderton Domino’s Pizza. I wondered why the delivery guy drove out of my driveway so fast…… I got in the house and opened the Pizza and it was all over the box. Sure looks like it was dropped. Sorry Domino’s I WILL NOT order from you again……
