Food was ok. It’s either ok or bad never good. When I went to go pick up my order today the person at the register asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I have never ever been asked to do so. I said no because I could barley afford what I got in the first place hence why I picked it up instead of delivery at 1 am. When I said no the guy charged me and hurried me. When he handed me the my food he slammed the window right in my face. Why? Because I couldn’t leave a tip? We were so offended that we wanted to walk the food back inside and leave. We didn’t because we were famished. But like come one now. Horrible customer service.

Every once in a while we get hungry for Domino’s. Tonight we ordered from this location after rudely being told by a worker at the location on Wilkes Barre Blvd, that they no longer delivered to my area. The gentleman who took my order was courteous and helpful in explaining to me that the routes have changed for some stores and now I should be using their location. He apologized for the experience I had with the other store and I thanked him for being so helpful. He told me that they were extra busy and my order may take 45 mins to an hour. I told him that was totally fine. We put together a cash tip and a bag of Halloween candy for the delivery person, and to our surprise, the order was delivered in 40 mins, piping hot and by the man I spoke to on the phone. Oh, and did I mention it was pouring down rain?? Great customer service!! Thank you so much Kidder Street location!!

What can I say about Domino’s pizza. Decent food options to choose from. The flavor on most of their items is pretty good. The garlic bites tend to run a bit greasy, but that aside, the flavor is ok.

Pizza is usually very good. Had a couple that were with very little toppings and cheese. Had a few that were either cooked too long or too little. Generally though the pizza is good. I wish they had more topping choices and a pesto sauce variety or at least fresh basil and sliced tomato not diced. I know that’s a corporate thing, not the store, but domino’s in general could do better with more topping choices.
