Just placed a $90 order for it to sit on my porch for a half hour with no knock at the door or a phone call. Had contacted the establishment to let them know about the service and was pretty much told that i was lying. Then continued to tell me that I could not have the management’s name that I was speaking with and they did not have to tell me if it was privately owned or corporation.
Miserable people, foods freezing cold.
“Management” shouldn’t even be running a fryer somewhere.

I have had food delivered from here a few times and the service is really hit or miss. This past time i put my order in and an hour later it still hadn’t even started baking. I was sick with a toddler and had to be up at 5am for work and just wanted one thing to be easier about my day. I cancelled my order because bedtime was in an hour and I think they just purposely don’t make the orders in hopes people will cancel? Because i have also had to call before to ask why it had spent 45 minutes in “checking quality”. One time it came in like 45 minutes so that was cool. Generally have had an okay experience calling but i try not to be too mad toward them. But i think I am done trying with this place. It’s not worth the toss up of getting a refund or getting food.

My child ordered for delivery to Penn College. She waited 2 hours and it said delivered but was not. It was returned to store. Employee was rude. GM WAS NOT polite and said don’t have anyone to deliver even if we ordered again! Not happy with this location and attitude.

I work nights and sometimes order a buffalo chicken pizza (twice now) it came twice now without the buffalo sauce for some reason I don’t get it …. So now it’s a chicken and cheese pizza

Horrible location every order i have placed since it opens takes over 2 hours to get but if you call asking about the pizza they always say it will be delivered in 15 mins.. I will never order from this location again
